This loft has a breathtaking view of the sea, lagoon & mountains. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ipanema, less of 10 minutes from the ocean, the lagoon and the subway. Best location to enjoy yours holidays.
The loft has two double beds, a queen size (160cm) bed opened in the living room and a 140 cm in a closed bedroom. The view and the Sunset are really amazing.The flat is located at the 17th floor of a building with 18 floors. the builiding is located in a private street with no car circulation. You can sleep with opened windows without noise.
You have a bathrrom with shower and toilet. There is also a separated toilet, and the separated bedroom has also a shower and a sink.
The kitchen is full equipped. There is a Nespresso machine and a washing&drying machine.

Clean, comfortable, safe, lovely apartment close to Ipanema beach.
Phillipe has an amazing apartment for rent in Ipanema. The view from the apartment is spectacular. The apartment itself is very clean, lovely, and feels really safe. My father and I stayed here for a week and found it to be in a perfect location, close to public transit and one block from a row of waiting taxis. There is also a grocery store about one block away. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There are also numerous restaurants to chose from. Phillipe is an excellent host! He goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a good one. We had great recommendations from him for places to go and restaurants to eat in. He was able to arrange a taxi pick up from the airport to his vacation rental (and our plane arrived at 5:00 in the morning!!). Everything in the apartment worked well, including the Wifi and air conditioner.

Great location! great loft and view! great host !
We love the loft we like Philippe very much and we did have a problem with the water in the bathroom he was kind and made up for it.
We stayed 3.5 weeks .
one point I must make I think once a week cleaning and sheets changing can not be the guest issue . For next time.
The loft is airy and the kitchen has most of what we needed and when I was missing few things Philippe went and got it for us .
The area is safe and the walks were wonderful to the Laguna and the beach both Ipanama and Copacabana .
Over all we enjoyed our stay and we will come back for sure.

Fantastic place !
This loft is ideally located in Ipanema, less than 5 mn walk to Ipanema beach, and 15 mn walk to Copacabana, Metro is at less than 5 mn walk, so it is also very easy to get to all other places of Rio (Flamengo, Santa Teresa, Centrum, Maracana stadium...)
The view is fantastic on Ipanema, Leblon, Lagoa and the Two Brothers mountains, at any time during the day.
The loft is spacious, magnificently decorated, and very quiet.
It is an excellent place for spending an unforgettable trip in Rio

Apartment ideal to spend good time in Rio
The apartment is very quiet and sunny and has really a beautiful view. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom are modern, comfortable and very clean. It is based in the heart of Ipanema: less than 10 minutes walking from the beach! We adored shops and restaurants: trendy, traditional bresilian food and many others. Underground is close to the apartment so it is very easy to visit other areas of the city. We especially appreciated the warm welcome from Philippe the French host who is very servicing and knows very well Rio.
