Localização ótima, mas só.
Atendimento ruim, toquei a campainha por diversos minutos até o Sr. Adriam aparecer para me receber. Foi-me oferecido um quarto maior com TV a cabo com acréscimo de 5 reais a diária. Vendo o quarto que havia reservado, no alto de uma escada caracol com porta de ferro meio travando, decidi ficar com o quarto com TV a cabo no andar de baixo. A maquina de cartão de crédito não funcionou, ou pela máquina em sí ou pelo celular, não sei. Sei apenas que foi emitido um boleto que paguei no dia seguinte. O quarto não tinha maçaneta, ou ficava trancado ou totalmente aberto. O guarda-roupa estava caindo aos pedaços, apoiado em uma gaveta deitada. A cama, rangia mais que porta de castelo de filme de terror e na manhã seguinte, ao levantar, caiu uma faquinha de cozinha, que segurava o estrado. Não há troca de toalha, nem limpeza do quarto enquanto está lá.
Muito ruim.

Very friendly host and great friends living there. Very comfortable and convenience location.
Very recommended to male visitors. The location is very near to the bus station (there is a frequent shuttle bus to the International airport, Rio de Jeneiro, Sao Paulo and other tourist destination cities), supermarket, shopping mall, money changer, and some parks. All are in walking distance.
The neighbourhood is also quiet and safe. I often need to went home at late night from my work.
The host is very friendly and communicative in English, Spanish and Portugues. He will help you with everything you might need during your stays.
The rent price is also reasonable.
