It's a unique, quiet, relaxing location, perfect for those who have business in South SP to take some time off from daily stress, or for the leisure traveler to enjoy the City of São Paulo under a singularly fresh perspective, with total privacy. The Centro Empresarial de São Paulo, Transamérica Expocenter, Teatro Alfa, Panamerica Park, and 5 sailing clubs are within a radius of circa 5 km from the property. At about 10 km tenants will comfortably reach Congonhas Airport, Autódromo de Interlagos, no-less than 5 shopping malls, important business centers and corporate headquarters. The apartment is totally independent from the rest of the property and enjoys its own garage and entrance. Facilities include a garage for 2 cars; a reception distribution hall; 1 bedroom; a living room with convertible sofa and adjoining meeting/dining table; a kitchenette for light meals; a toilette and a shower room; and a balcony. The hosts are always available by phone or inter-phone. We have no access to the lake for swimming, but the best view to it! Access is possible through the clubs on the other side. We give the addresses and contact means for our guests to schedule water activities and sports.

A bubble of splendorous nature, with an incredible view and fresh air, yet in frantic business Sao Paulo City! Leisure in the region includes Fun in the water: 1. Water sports Clubs and Schools; 2. Boat/speedboat rides on Saturdays and Sundays; 3. Wakeboard, windsurf and dragon boat classes; 4. Day sailer rental Easy access to the Autodromo de Interlagos (car and moto races, Lollapalooza, shows) and Transamerica Expocenter (seasonal fairs and events), and Citibank Theater. On foot, you may visit the Parque Ecológico Guarapiranga: There are a lot of restaurants and fast-food places along the Avenida Atlântica, across the lake. Our property has the best view to the lake; the access to the water is through the clubs across the lake.
Getting around
Although we do have public transportation nearby, automobile is definitely the best transportation means (Uber, Taxi, your own car...). To look online, consider our location as being the Parque Guarapiranga (our neighbor).
