House and apartments
The house has been built on an attractive part of the town.The average length to reach any place in the town is 20 min slow walk , or 4-5 minutes by car.Supermarkets, exchange office, tennis centre, dive centre, fitness centre, rent a boat, or speed boat, all at your hand.
There's a big garden behind the house with huge stone table and a big fire place where you can enjoy the evening preparing something yourselves instead of going out.
English, german, italian and french are spoken in the house.
Apartment, which we are offering to you here, is on the first floor and it has 65m2. Apartment has 2 large terraces , (18m2 and 12m2), both with beautiful view looking to the ocen and small islands in a front of the town of Hvar.It has 2 double rooms, each with shower/wc...

Excellent accommodation. Friendly helpful owner.
Two double bedded rooms en suite. Well equipped kitchen. Balcony with fantastic view over the bay. Nada could not have been more helpful. Booked taxis for us and found out how we could get COVID tests. I would not recommend the property for the less than able. Top of the hill with many steps. That being said great value.

Lovely place to stay. We were grateful Nada picked us up from ferry, as it would be tricky to find initially. But quickly one learns the two walking paths down to Hvar town. We luckily experienced a town party featuring great singer Gibonni. Cave -speed boat tour was wonderful. Great place to visit.

Nice apartment. Hvar too busy in summer
Really nice apartment with great balcony and supermarket nearby. Beach only 10 min walk. Hvar is a lovely city but far too busy in the summer with young party goers

Fabulous Stay in Hvar
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is very convenient- 5 mins from the supermarket and very close to beach. It is about a 15 min walk to the harbour downhill. The walk back is uphill and does involve a few stairs, however you can get a taxi from town (although this is not cheap). The apartment is very close to Hula Hula bar which is amazing...the music could be heard from the balcony although this did not bother us and finished at 11. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Thank you Nada for making our stay pleasant and for being so helpful in emails before we arrived.

amazing view
Nada was very helpful. She answered all emails straight away. She arranged a taxi to pick us up from the Ferry in Hvar Town when we arrived and drove us back in to town on our day of departure. I emailed to find out before we went if it was possible to hire tennis rackets and balls Nada didn't know but she found out for us and yes you can. There was no iron or hairedryer as stated but when I mentioned this to Nada she supplied both immediately.
She kindly baked a Croatian cake for us.
The view from the apartment is just outstanding and the location is perfect. 2 minutes to supermarket, 5 minutes to the beach 10 minutes walk to town along a quiet road or 5 minutes along the beach road. Also 5 minutes to the tennis/sports centre.
The apartment is quite small but the balcony is large and this is where we spent most of our time when in the apartment. The balcony is in the sun until about 2.30pm.
The only negative is lack of a toaster and cooker. There is only a hob. This wasn't a great problem as we eat out but if you like to cook in it may be worth noting.

Incredible View in fun Hvar
My girlfriend, me, and our two friends stayed in Apartment Ana for 3 nights on Hvar. It was the perfect place to enjoy our stay and the owners were super helpful. Hvar is a wonderful island with tons to do, and great places to eat and relax.
The apartment is incredibly clean, well furnished with spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and two GREAT balconies that face the sea. The walk to the main part of town is about 10 minutes downhill, and maybe 15 up. It is really pretty easy and there is a great market / store along the way that we stopped almost everyday for supplies and snacks.
Prior to arriving in Hvar we emailed the owner Nada and told her when and how we would be coming to hvar. She was there to pick us up when we got off the boat and drove us to the apartment. Quickly she asked us what we wanted to do and she set up a boat for us for the next day at a GREAT price. Renting the boat and island hopping was one of the highlights of our trip in Croatia.
One of my friends ended up leaving his phone at the apartment and going way above and beyond, Nada arranged to have one of her relatives take it to us via boat the next day in Split. That saved us a ton of money and heartache. She was an incredible host and we were super thankful to have rented from her.
In general, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants a great place to stay and spend their time in Hvar.

Good size
The apartment was very generous in size with two terraces, one off each bedroom and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is very limited, and really only a kitchenette with a sink, two hotplates and bar fridge. If you won't be cooking meals it won't be a problem but we had planned to do a number of meals and did find it a little restrictive. From the pictures we thought it was a little larger area. Also, there is no 'pantry'. Sometimes you find the basic supplies in apartments of oil, salt, pepper & Sugar etc, but there was nothing here so come prepared. It would be a real asset if these items were in the cupboard.
If sharing with a number of people you may wish for a little more size as the kitchen is also the living area, there is not separate lounge area.
The apartment is a decent walk to town but if you take the slightly longer route along the coastal boardwalk it is very pleasant.

Beautiful views from peacefull apartment
I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in early June. It was ideally located close to hvar and to the beaches.
The apartment itself is clean and tidy and finished nicely. most of our time at the apartment was spent on the large terrace to the front which has stunning sea views and got the sun all morning until around 2 pm. There was also a BBQ at the back which we could have use of.
The owner Nada and her husband made us feel very welcome. Nada was able to provide any information about the area we needed and she even came up one afternoon with some traditional Croatian cake.
I would defiantly stay here again and recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting hvar island.

Fantastic retreat with beautiful view.
I highly recommend this apartment if you want to stay somewhere close to all the amenities of hvar but without the noise of the center.
Nada and her huband where great hoists. They provided all the information we needed for our stay and made us feel very welcome while still allowing us privicy.
The apartment itself was very clean with comfortable beds and a terrace at the front. The view from the terrace is fantastic and you get the sun until around 2 pm.
The apartment is well situated around 800m from hvar town and only 500 m from a small pebble beach (perfect for swimming).

Fantastic views and helpful owner
Shortly before our arrival I confirmed our arrival on the ferry from Split. Nada mailed back and offered to pick us up from the ferry port which was great, saved finding our way. The property was as described, we had rented it for the views and the outside space, we weren't disappointed.
Hvar was great and the apartment a 10-15 minute walk from the centre with a small but well stocked supermarket 2 minutes away.
The owner was helpful throughout our stay.

About the neighbourhood
We live in a quiet part of town Hvar, about 1000meters from he center , 100meters from the first restaurants , 300meters from the restaurants and 300meters from the sea and beaches.
Nearby we have Tennis cords (200m) , Diving center, nice country walks.
Getting around
For the first time, with luggage , the best solution is to take a taxi. If it is possible ( small car ) , I can take you from the bus station , behind the cathedral.
Later on, it is easy and not very far from all interesting places in town, including beaches and night life.
If you are not used to walk at all , it is better to rent a car or take a taxi which I can arrange for you .
