This villa is located in a residential neighborhood that is clean, quiet, and safe. Several grocery stores are around, as well as local market only 5 min away by walk. And although we are so close to the center. Everything can be done by walk.
The first bakery is just 150 meters away where you can buy fresh bread every day.
We also have a short cut that will guide you to the main Boulevard, Old Town and the first beaches with stairs, less than a 10 minutes walk.
On the main Boulevard you have the shopping center, supermarkets and restaurants.
Everything you need to enjoy your beach getaway is just an easy stroll or car ride away. Dining, shopping, fishing.
