The view is so worth the drive up!

Great place with amazing view over the Bay of Kotor

A view that is hard to beat!

A lot has been made of the road upto the villa, ok it's not the best BUT it really isn't that bad, after all, to get the view the villa has, you need to be high!! There were four of us staying at the villa...More

The Villa with the view

We had 12 nights at Villa Dalia and really enjoyed our stay in the area and at the villa itself. A hire car is essential. There are several hairpin bends leading up to the Villa which then affords fantastic views over the Bay of Kotor....More

The scenic village of Zvinje (near Herceg Novi) is tranquil, green and enjoys spectacular views. Aromatic & herbs grow on these hills, making he air wonderfully refreshing. if you like walking, there is a path on through the village to the top of the hill, where you'll find a little church and an even more stunning views of the Adriatic Sea meeting the Croatian and Montenegrin coasts. Zvinje enjoys easy access to Herceg Novi town by car (10 min drive), or by boat from the Njivice pier. The villa offers the best possible way to enjoy the area – surrounded by unspoilt nature but close to all town amenities and the many beaches of the area.
Getting around
Villa D is easily accessible from two nearest international airports (Dubrovnik & Tivat, Dubrovnik being slightly closer), or any other direction. We give detailed instructions upon request
