Apartment in Igalo, Montenegro, 4 stars, for up to 4 persons in peaceful location only 15 meters from the beach, just across Igalo Institute-Spa.
It is on the first floor. There is a balcony with the limited sea view. There is a kitchen, dinning area and living room - all in one, and bedroom and bathroom are separate rooms. Very convenient for families with small children.
Big refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, free wireless internet, iron, hairdryer. Washing machine and dryer upon request - additionally charged. Private parking is provided in our garden.
Beautiful garden with plenty of different palm trees, magnolia and flowers. There is a small children playground, garden sitting set, sun beds and BBQ.

Relaxing and calming, our vacation home
A nice and clean apartment. The apartment is located close to the medical center, Doctor Simo Milocevic Institute. This is an advantage for us, since we use this institute.
Our host are very nice and give the best service. It is easy to ask them for help, despite my not so good language skill.
The surrounding is very nice, and we enjoy staying in Igalo.
We are looking forward coming to Igalo every time. We have stayed at this apartment house several years, and this is our first choice.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The owners of the property are very friendly and helpful. They met us at the airport and took back on our departure. The location is very convenient and close to the sea. A lot of green around and the place is quiet

A clean and comfy place with so many friendly faces!
I was with a group of friends on a spring break, and we were more than happy to see that the apartment was at the sea foam, but at the same time it was hidden amongst the garden plants and palms where we had the comfort to barbeque almost every evening!
The whole building is newly built, and the apartment is very clean and taken good care of. The owners are also such a nice and friendly family that will make you feel like you've come to visit cousins (but the nice ones! :) )
The weather at that time of the year is warm and sunny, and the greatest part was that the sea was also warm (around 22 degrees) so we could swim and sunbath!
To sum it up, I had a great time and recharged my batteries after a long and rainy winter! I'm recommending this place completely!

Fantastic place to spend a break with your family
Our 4 member family spent there 10 days in February 2013. We were there during Mimosa festival. In spite of pretty bed weather, we enjoyed our stay, though we couldn't enjoy much in their marvelous garden. Very warm, place offering full comfort. Flat is heated with air conditioning, but we were given additional radiator, though it wasn't really necessary.
Owners were fully meeting all our inquiries, and helped us with finding rent a car (which can be parked in their garden).
We would recommend it to any group of travelers, especially to families whose children can have fun in the garden with the playground, and elderly who may easily reach and use therapies in the Institute Igalo which is right across the street from GaMa apartments.

Great place tostay with kids
Stayed at the apartmens with 1 yo in august 2009. Friendly and helpful owners, nice garden with playground, barbeque area, terrace, super clean facilities. Pebble beach in front of the house and sandy beach 5 minutes walk. Good cafeterias and restaurants as well as stores in walking distance. Ana and Petar were great hosts and helped us though the stay. Definitely recommended for families!

A little oasis of kindness and beautifull flora too! :-)
When I was looking for an accommodation for my little daughter, my husband an me, I found the apartments GaMa!I saw the pictures of the gorgeous garden on their web page. Actually the garden was the decisive factor amongst others that we booked this accommodation.:-)))If you see the pictures you can belive them the garden is as nice as it seems!I also really liked the fact that you get new towels every three days. This is quiet unusual for this region! A great and important advantage is that you always and at any time have enough water for shower etc. Because Igalo is known for it's water deficiency. In the apartments you will find every comforts needed for a pleasent stay. (for example kettle,air conditioner,electr.iron,ironing board,microwave,enough tableware,pots, cuttlery, potty, crib, etc.)The location is really great you are close by the sea, beach, restaurants,shops. The owners are cosmopolitan,great, kind and helpful people. If needed they also can arrange the airport transfer. We was perfectly satisfied and the description on their web page corresponds totally with the reality!!!What, how I think is very very important.

About the neighbourhood
Between the promenade (street Nikole Kovacevica) and the Institute Igalo-spa and rehabilitation center (street Sava Ilica). Peaceful and safe surrounding. Various cafe and restaurants around, but no live music, meaning it's pretty quiet. Green area, pine wood beside the Institute Igalo. In the Institute Igalo (combination of a hotel, Rheumatology and rehabilitation center) you may use their physical therapy procedures (in prevention or rehabilitation purposes) , swim in the closed swimming pool (25*33 m) which is open for public, use their sauna, fitness room, or beauty center. Or we may invite highly qualified massage therapist to treat you at home under very favorable prices.
Parking is provided in our garden is free for our guests, but also available is a street parking which is to be paid. Beside the building with apartments, there is a local bus stop, taking you in 10 minutes ride to the center of Herceg Novi (where you may find a big green market with fresh domestic products, fish and seafood).
250 m away is supermarket, but on a half way is fruit and vegetables shop, and bakery (bakery works from May to October)
Less than 250 m away is public playground and Playroom "Aquarium" for kids.
300-400 m are a few banks offices, post office, and various boutiques and shops.
Igalo is 45 km from Dubrovnik (Croatia) which is on the west, 45 km from Kotor (Montenegro) which is on the east. Both of these old towns are under UNESCO protection for its cultural and history hearitage. 45 km on the north is Trebinje (Bosnia and Herzegovina), a town where east and west culture, and 3 religions ( Orthodox. Catholic and Islamic) were mixing.
You may rent a car or book an excurison and spend your days not only sunbathing and swimming in the sea, but also enojying the real Wild beauty of Montenegro, with all its differences met on such a small space.
You may reach us via road, by car or by bus and by airplane. We are only 500 m (one turning) from the main road and 5 km away from the Croatian border and 16 km from the ferry (which connects 2 sides of the Boka Bay). Parking is provided in our garden. 2 international airports: Dubrovnik (Croatia) and Tivat (Montenegro) are 23-25 km away. The third International airport is Podgorica which is 102 km away. We organize airport transfer upon request.
