It has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks. Once you walk out the back door, rocking chairs greet you and await a relaxing Southern evening sipping a cold drink as osprey, pelicans and great blue heron fly over the lagoon, taking advantage of the last rays of the day. A charcoal grill awaits some Southern BBQ in the back yard with a picnic table under the house. A private pier on the lagoon is the perfect place for fishing and launching kayaks, or paddleboards. A few blocks away is the Gulf as well. A truly relaxing vacation will be in the palm of your hands at Sailhouse East. As a bonus, the home is Pet-Friendly (up to two pets)! There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. The home does not have an in-house telephone. There is parking for 3 vehicles at the house. Stairs (13 steps) take you up to Sailhouse East.
