This is a 2-bedroom 1 bath cottage in a peaceful neighborhood. It has a big back yard with covered eating area and two parking places in the driveway. There is a new high efficiency heating and air conditioning system, new carpet, and paint. The unit has a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart tv, and the kitchen is stocked with everyday living supplies. It’s within minutes of all hospitals, downtown of both Phenix City, AL and Columbus, GA. The river for whitewater rafting, zip lining and Fort Benning are also a few minutes away.
