A double bedroom with a private bathroom, walk-in dressing room, and kitchen with fridge, ice-maker, gas stove, and microwave. There is a walk-out from the kitchen to a large pass-through servicing a ceramic-tiled Breakfast Bar -adjacent to the pool.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed.
Note that there is no living or dining room. The kitchen has a table and chairs for eating, plus a convenient pass-through to an al fresco dining bar by the pool.
Efficient ceiling fans provide good ventilation. Optional A/C and laundry service are available for a small additional daily charge. Twice weekly Maid service included.

We had a great time at the Villas
My 7 y.o. daughter and I very much enjoyed staying at the villas, the beautiful gardens outside, two well kept pools, and a view of sunsets from the balcony. The Villas located a few minutes from gorgeous Flamingo beach, and many other beautiful beaches nearby. We really enjoyed exploring the area!
Tom and Igor are great hosts and we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed a company of cats and a talking parrot.

PURA VIDA! That expression says it all. Life IS good here, for sure, and we are happy to share our little corner of Paradise with folks like you & Daria ...
We, too, have pleasant memories of you both here. The pools, the gardens, and various beaches all help to create happy memories. Lounging by one of our pools, enjoying nature, all sorts of water sports including fishing, scuba, and sailing are but a few of the many activities available to you here.

Beautiful spot with great restaurants.
2 couples went for an 8 day vacation and each couple had our own villa with kitchen. Nice and warm with no rain and the pools were also warm and a great place to hang out. Igor and Tom were great hosts and they have done an incredible job decorating and landscaping the property. The restaurants in the area were fantastic. Everyone we went to, we all walked out very happy and satisfied. Overall a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend.

So delighted to hear that you all had a good time here in our little corner of Paradise! It was fortunate that we could accommodate you and your friends in separate Suites with full kitchens. One overlooked one of the large swimming pools, while the other - more rustic - Suite was situated closer to the other swimming pool, giving you an 'excuse' to try both pools. (Any preference?)
The restaurants & bars in the area are all wonderful - and just minutes away. Great food and drinks with spectacular beaches close by! Fishing, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, exploring, discovering...The possibilities are about endless here . Come back soon. Costa Rica is missing you ! PURA VIDA!! Tom and Igor

Beautiful, very well maintained
Located at top of hill so beautiful views. Very safe area and beach is very close. Grocery store, bank, restaurants are all close. Pictures are accurate but even more stunning in real life. Tom and Igor live on premises and are friendly but respect your privacy. We met lots of great people around the pool from all over the world. We rented a golf cart just to get around locally but there were people that just walked everywhere. Loved Casa Loma and Costa Rica!

Where does the time go when you're having fun?... Here at Villas Casa Loma the time simply flies! Thank you for your visit and for the kind words, Sharon and Gary.
Real life is always preferable to pictures, and we are always happy to share happy experiences with our guests!
We're so glad that you had the opportunities to get out and about in the golf cart...There is so much to see and do here! There is something for everyone - from sedentary to active. 2 swimming pools with their individual :"characters" are just steps away. A wide variety of excellent beaches, restaurants, bars, sporting activities including tennis, golf, water sports of all kinds, cross-country tours, white water rafting, horseback riding - all attract visitors from all parts of the world. Deservedly, Villas Casa Loma is truly an "international gathering place".
Our adjacent nature preserve offers a quiet refuge for all manner of birds and beasts. A quiet walk in nature is a guarantee to relax and refresh the soul. Come for the adventure. Come for the relaxation. Come for the fun! COSTA RICA - NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS.

Great retreat!
We love staying at Villas Casa Loma! It is great to wake up to the view of Flamingo Beach in the distance and in the evening watch the amazing sunsets! Tom and Igor do a great job of making sure you are comfortable! So nice to have a kitchenette to make meals. Pool area is very relaxing and water is warm! Great retreat from Canadian winters!!

Costa Rican winters are always better! Sunsets are mind-blowing! The pool areas are "where it's at" at Villas Casa Loma... never more than a few steps away!! ... Always so much to see and do - .and never more than a glance away for the wonderful, tropical, sights and sounds of this magical, tropical Paradise!.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer our guests peace, comfort, and security hand-in-hand with wonderful opportunities to test the limitless beaches, sea, mountains, rivers, and waterfalls close at hand. Seemingly endless activities both onshore and offshore. Fish, sail, kayak, surf, scuba and so much more! Come for the activities - or come for the sedentary offerings! The choice is always yours here in our little corner of Paradise!
Eat in - or eat out... The choices are also limitless!. Many wonderful restaurants compete for your favour, offering great taste experiences - no matter what your choice is!

Simply Delightful !!!
Lush tropical vegetation complimented by songs of various species of birds - and the wildlife was astonishing! Stunning sunsets to challenge any photographer or painter! Views of lovely gardens, palms, hills and valleys and the Pacific Ocean were just a glance away from our comfortable, private and secure accommodations!
Tropical woods and natural building materials added to the overall ambience of the property, which is located on a hillside only moments from the nearest beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. This was our second visit and we continue to love the location and the quiet comfort. Hosts Tom and Igor are always available with suggestions for great restaurants or arranging sightseeing trips, thus adding that extra spice to our holiday experiences! (One evening at a restaurant on the beach we witnessed a Leatherback turtle laying her eggs on the sand near our table!) We watched monkeys and exotic birds, whale watched from a terrace and just vegged out.
The property itself was close to a huge number of activities offered in the area, yet removed enough from the hustle and bustle to allow us the quiet, secure vacation that we were seeking. Highly recommended!

A quite and special Oasis in Paradise!
I have been to Costa Rica a number of times for winter breaks and have always enjoyed the climate, people and opportunities that this charming country offers. Since discovering Villas Casa Loma about 5 years ago, I have made a point to make it my winter home away from home.
I've traveled extensively throughout Caribbean islands and Central Americas, the sunshine states, and have crisscrossed Europe. Costa Rica is my favored destination! The allure of this wonderful country is enhanced by personal and passionately genuine hospitality of the owners of Lomas Flamingo, Igor and Tom, who contribute to making this place even more special.
These friendly and knowledgeable hosts are always available and willingly offer assistance, advice, tour suggestions, places to eat, etc. Every time I have traveled to a different place I have experienced the unknown... But not at Villas Casa Loma.
My last visit - December 2015 -I met a lovely couple from Canada, Steve and Joanne who were avid travelers and sun worshipers as well. We spent some time by the pool and they told me that this place feels most comfortable by far than any other place they stayed at in the past. I said I felt the same way. That is why I have come back every year for that past 5 years.
Also I would like to mention that accommodation and ambiance at Villas Casa Loma are a real bonus!
High ceilings, architectural details, great gardens, pools and not to forget the spectacular views, sunrises and sunsets. Situated on a gentle hillside makes it both safe and secluded - mere minutes from the towns of Flamingo, Surfside/Potrero, Brasilito and Tamarindo. The place offers a wide variety of activities, including a vast array of really fine restaurants, scuba diving, fishing excursions, lovely beaches and fun places to shop.
I highly recommend Villas Casa Loma to anyone who is seeking a quiet, restful retreat OR if you choose an action packed holiday in the sun with perfect weather every time! I look forward to returning again next year!

Our second visit, more to come.
This was our Second visit with Tom and Igor at Villas Casa Loma. Enjoyed breathtaking ocean views of Playa Flamingo from our lanai. Great accommodations with kitchen for making breakfast and coffee to watch the sun rise on the boats in the harbor. The sparkling pool was quiet and refreshing. We even watched the breathtaking sunsets while lazing in the pool. We so enjoyed the sounds of the jungle with numerous birds and a few howler monkeys. It is a short drive to several beaches and many excellent restaurants. Can't say enough of how helpful Tom and Igor were with tips of activities, restaurants and hidden beaches in the area. This year we had three in our group and last year we had eight. Great spaces for large and small groups. We just love our time there. You can be busy every day in town or in the jungle or just relax in this little piece of paradise. We will be back!

All i can say is pura vida
we go here every year for peace and quiet, to see tom and igor who are now our best friends. we have been going here for eleven years now. every year we stay longer and longer this year was dec31 to march 18th we wished we stayed longer. we also meet other friends here too who also come back every year. we always have a great time here ,the views here are fantasic from the mountains to the ocean. we have binoculars to see the whales playing in the ocean,the birds in the trees, awsome. and also the howler monkeys in the trees too. tom and igor will do anything to help you the best they can,they will call restaurants for reservations car rentals they will tell you the best places to eat, beaches galore , tours ,you name it they will help you do anything you wish to do. the two pools are huge and beautiful ,lots of greenery ,palm trees, banana trees flowers.they have different size villas, for one or many. just ask tom and igor they will accommodate you. the area is great for shopping, grocery store messia has evey thing you would need two minutes by car or you can drive to tammarido twenty minutes great store there called am mercado, has everything from around the world.and you can also surf here or sit at a nice restaurant on the beach and watch.there is so much to do here or just read a book by the pools.we can,t wait till next year, maybe we will stay three months if we can. thankyou tom and igor for a fun and wonderful time in your own piece of paradise. john and keith .

Thanks so much for this Review! We regret that we will not be able to host you in 2016 due to your medical condition, but look forward to your full recovery and happy return to our little corner of Paradise in the early months of 2017.
Your absence this year seems to have caused the whales to bypass us for the first time in years. (We have seen few in the bay over the past few months.) We hope your return will act as a magnet for them again...
Heal and come on down soon! You are missed by a number of your friends here in the Flamingo Beach area.

Villas Casa Loma is situated on a gentle hillside offering fantastic vistas of the Ocean, Marina, hills and valleys of our private dry tropical forest reserve. Monkey, parrots, a wide variety of birds, wild cats, anteaters, turtles, coatimundi, pizotes, butterflies, hummingbirds call Villas Casa Loma their home.
After a restful night lulled by gentle sounds of waves, enjoy a refreshing cup of excellent Costa Rican coffee followed by a discovery walk around the grounds to discover a large varieties of tropical flowers, mangos, coconuts, papayas, bananas, limes, naranjas, mandarinas, guava and other tropical fruits. "Finders, keepers!"
Getting around
Just 55 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR). We are located about 3 km. from Brasilito on the way to Flamingo Beach. At the Banco Nacional building drive 300 meters east - (direction of Potrero). First driveway on the right side. There is a large sign that reads: "LOMAS FLAMINGO - VILLAS CASA LOMA" at the public road. Go up the paved driveway on your right side for approx. 150 meters & through a pair of gates. You have arrived. -The nearest beach, restaurants, banks, bars, are located within a10 minutes gentle walk - other restaurants, shops, etc. are located close by as well.There are several touring agencies close by. Bookings are easily made for land tours, boating, fishing, horseback riding, Canopy and ATV tours, etc.
