Luxury, Service, Relaxation, Adventure, and great Value

This is the second time we have come to Costa Rica and both times we have stayed in Ken's Condo. The first time was in February for a week and the the last time was for a month during September and October. We are a family of four with a teenage boy and girl. We had such a positive experience with renting this Condo we decided to come back for a month. The Condo is very large with three giant balconies with sensational views of both the Ocean, Downtown Jaco, and the Rainforest. His unit is so unique because he has a sophisticated security system that includes safes in all bedrooms, video for the front door and a pin code to enter the unit. Also his condo is in a guarded building that makes it feel like you are in your own home and not a foreign country. The art work, murals, sculptures, and interior design is luxury and five star quality. He replaces all of his bedding every 6 months and it is extremely high quality. I know this for a fact because he had new bedding in February and when we returned in September he had all new bedding. This guy cares about the customer more than anyone I have ever met. His unit is immaculate, and he even provides maid service on a daily or weekly schedule. He provided us with a private chef that was fabulous and also provided for my daughter and I free manicures and pedicures that were of very high quality. He is very well respected in Jaco because if you mention his name and tell people you are staying at his condo they give you discounts on adventure tours, car rentals, and restaurants. His private chauffeur picked us up at the airport and when we needed groceries he took our list and bought and delivered the groceries to our condo. The location of his condo is the best possible location in all of Jaco. If you are planning on visiting Costa Rica you need to stay in this condo.

Best Vacation Ever -:- Seattle, Washington

Best Vacation Ever

This was the perfect condo for our best vacation ever. We came as three couples and each couple had its own private room, bathroom and balcony. The design of the condo allows for a huge great room were we all gathered to discuss our daily events. The owner arranged to have his own private limo/guide pick us up from the airport. He also arrange free pedicures and manicures as well as nail art from a local Spa. It was the best my nails have ever looked in my entire life. When we arrived at the condo we were in awe of the beautiful condo and the breath taking views of the pacific ocean. The condo has an 20 foot mural of the ocean that you see when you first enter the unit. Your eyes then go from the mural to the most beautiful ocean view that my husband and I have ever seen. This unit was immaculately clean and decorated with luxury sculptures. The mattresses and linens were best we have ever slept on in all of our years of travel. During the mornings we would walk the beach, then each afternoon we did a local trip of either Zip-Linning, Fishing, ATV, or hiking. Then in the late afternoon the ladies went to the private pool as the men worked out in the private work out room. At night we went to some fabulous restaurants that the owner recommended and got a discount for us. Two nights we went out dancing to early in the morning. One thing we never missed was the sunsets from the balcony. The view from his balcony was spectacular. I would highly recommend you staying at this condo. We are coming back next year and this is the only place we will stay.

The condo is on the ocean and in the heart of Jaco. You can walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. A car is not needed. However, it is the only property in Jaco that has a guarded covered garage for parking. Arrangements have been made for a variety of adventure tours. It has also been arranged for your convenience that all tours will pick you up at your condo. You can also be picked up at the airport by my private Limo Driver who speaks perfect English and transports you to my condo in a new Luxury Van. He will also provide you with a free Crocodile Bridge Walk on your way to my Condo and be at your service for your entire stay if you want any special tours. A free Manicure and Pedicure from Beauty Secrets Jaco's premier Beauty Salon is a gift for anyone staying four nights or longer. Special discounts have been arrange for Deep Sea Fishing, Golfing, Zip-Lining, Canopy of the Rainforest, ATV, Crocodile Tours, White Water Rafting, Private Surfing Lessons, Hiking, Arenal Volcano Tour, Manuel Antonio National Park Tour, Segway Tours. You will be picked up at your Condo for all the tours. Along with discounts on your activities you will also receive a package of Restaurant discounts. The restaurants are all within walking distance of your perfectly located condo. The numerous discounts that are provided for this rental can actually pay for your lodging. This is not only the most luxurious condo but it has the most savings of any condo in all of Jaco. Daily maid service is offered. Private access from Condo to Jaco's only Casino. Private Chef... I have made arrangements with the best known private chef in Jaco to cook whatever type of meal you are interested in for $40 a meal plus the cost of food.
