The estate contains 5 homes; three 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2250 sq. ft. and two 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1420 sq. as well as 2 separate pools. Each home is close enough so everyone can dine or have evening cocktails together, but far enough away for maximum privacy. Whether your staying with a group of friends, coworkers, or with your bothers, sisters, their kids, grandma and grandpa each of you can have your own home and not get into each others hair. It is perfect for everyone.The homes are hidden on a fully enclosed 20 acre fruit grove consisting of mango, star fruit, guava, guanabana, papaya, cashew, avocado, bananas, plantains, lemon, orange, grapefruit trees, and many more. No expense was spared on their construction. The homes are beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean/Mexican style. Pre Columbian art adorns the walls. Imported handmade Talavera tiles create a relaxing experience in the ample bathrooms. The bathrooms are furnished with Kohler faucets and baths and the towel collection that we offer is one of the thickest towels. It is 100% combed Cotton, which makes the towel extra absorbent and has superior softness; it is an extraordinary experience each time you step out of the bath. The beddings luxurious linens are splendidly crafted from cotton to a smooth heavenly finish. This makes them notorious for their supreme softness and also acts as a natural antibacterial ensuring the bed is the ultimate sanctuary.Experience the superior full kitchens stainless steel appliances signature from Frigidaire and granite counter-tops. Handmade Costa Rican furniture is found throughout. The home's entertainment systems include flat screen televisions, satellite dishes, DVD players and Wi-Fi.Green eco features include; electric tank less water heaters, fresh filtered water from a well located on the property, an eco-friendly septic tank, and all the fresh fruit you can eat right outside your front door.There is a large private pool and many meandering paths with Pre Colombian statues and fountains throughout the property. An amazing amount of wildlife can be found on the property including a large troop of mantled howler monkeys as well as butterflies, turtles, red tailed squirrels, iguanas, frogs, forest rabbits, scarlet macaws as well as a variety of other seasonal tropical birds.We offer a variety of other services such as housekeeping, airport transfers, grocery stocking, catering preparations, spa services or excursions, private chefs, concierge services and a Costa Rican mobile phone can be arrange as an extra fee. Best trip of our lifes

We arrived to Costa Rica for the first time after many hours on the airplane, we all were tired and hot. Garrett was at the airport waiting for us, He took us directly to the beautiful estate where we had reserved lunch and drinks. We had a very nice catered meal and cold sangria, after the nice lunch at the property We felt the Costa Rica charming and relaxing life style" Pura Vida" Garrett booked a few tours for all of us and we got to know the surroundings. The houses are comfortable and offer all the luxury that you can ask for, the construction is high quality, high ceilings, Spanish roof, nice faucets, large beds,soft towels and so on. We couldn't ask for more. Around the property we found several restaurants, fruit stands, "sodas', convenient stores and the public transportation is just in front of the property. Thank you Garrett for your hospitality you made our vacation beyond our expectation!

Wonderful property, close to it all but so very far away!

I stayed 5 days at this beautiful property and the first thing you notice is that in a property on 10 acres with roughly 4 more homes on the land, that there are no one else around you except for the howler monkeys, birds and iguanas. With all the comforts of modern society (internet, cable TV, modern appliances) the property made you feel as if you were on a resort. You have to stand near the pool and look out at the vista in order to really comprehend how great of a view this property has. Siney was as great of a host that I have ever dealt with, personable, friendly, informative, funny and an all around great person. She was available to answer any questions and provide any form of assistance that was requested during my stay. She also has a great selection of movies if the rain keeps you indoors at any point during your stay. Please note though that even with great directions the entrance to the property can easily be missed especially at night). But that we well add to the charm of this property. I do plan on coming back and staying in one of these beautiful houses on the property.

It is a Safe area, there are restaurants and local "sodas" all over the area. supermarkets, 2 gas stations, several beaches 10 to 15 minutes from the property and lots of activities such as horseback riding, canopy tour, atv, tortuga Island, Poas Volcano, waterfalls and more.

Getting around

If you are adventuresome and want to explore Costa Rica a car is recommend. Public transportation picks up and drops off directly across the street. Public Transportation is safe, reliable, and economical. It does take a bit longer to get to places with the stops. Private transportation is also available. I can arrange for any transportation needs you may have. All of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the property as well.
