These Luxury Eco Tourism vacation homes are located between the beach town of Jaco and the fruit capital of Costa Rica, Orotina. There are two 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2250 sq. ft. homes in a gated community. Each home is close, but not too close. Whether your staying with a group of friends, coworkers, or with your bothers, sisters, their kids and grandma, grandpa each of you can have your own home and not get into each others hair. It is perfect for everyone. The estate is perfectly located on the main highway near all large tourist destinations in Costa Rica's Central Pacific area and are only minutes away from Carara National Park and the famous Tarcoles/Crocodile Bridge. No expense was spared on their construction. The homes are beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean/Mexican style. Pre Columbian art adorns the walls. Imported handmade Talavera tiles create a relaxing experience in the ample bathrooms. The bathrooms are furnished with Kohler faucets and baths and the towel collection that we offer is one of the thickest towels. It is 100% combed Cotton, which makes the towel extra absorbent and has superior softness; it is an extraordinary experience each time you step out of the bath. The beddings luxurious linens are splendidly crafted from cotton to a smooth heavenly finish. This makes them notorious for their supreme softness and also acts as a natural antibacterial ensuring the bed is the ultimate sanctuary. Experience the superior full kitchens stainless steel appliances signature from Frigidaire and granite counter-tops. Handmade Costa Rican furniture is found throughout. The home's entertainment systems include flat screen televisions, satellite dishes, DVD players and Wi-Fi. Green eco features include; electric tank less water heaters, fresh filtered water from a well located on the property, an eco-friendly septic tank, and all the fresh fruit you can eat right outside your front door. There is a large pool and many meandering paths with Pre Colombian statues and fountains throughout the property. An amazing amount of wildlife can be found on the property including a large troop of mantled howler monkeys as well as butterflies, turtles, red tailed squirrels, iguanas, frogs, forest rabbits, scarlet macaws as well as a variety of other seasonal tropical birds. We offer a variety of other services such as housekeeping, airport transfers, grocery stocking, catering preparations, spa services or excursions, private chefs, concierge services and a Costa Rican mobile phone can be arrange as an extra fee. Safe and inexpensive public transportation can also be found across the street. There many activities in the area including: -Zip lining -Waterfall repelling -Canopy tours -Horseback riding -ATV -Volcanos tours -Animal refuge where animals that potchers have tried to export illegally are taken to recover and then set free into the wild again. -Tortuga Island tour with catamaran boat ride to a island with beach BBQ and music. Great Time

My friends and I really enjoyed staying with Siney and Gary. The property was gorgeous and as advertised. We were able to go sport fishing, snorkeling, banana boat, waterfall repelling, and to an animal refuge where they help animals who smugglers have tried to take out of the country. We highly recommend the property to anyone. Thanks again for all your help.

Hi Tim, We really appreciate the kind review. Many people don't realize the amount of tours/excursions only a short distance away. I don't think we have ever had a group do as many things as yours in such a short amount of time. It always makes us feel good when guests enjoy our beautiful country. We are located on the main highway (route 34). There are 10 restaurants, 4 small markets, 8 farmers stands, 2 ice cream parlors, 1 gas station, and several souvenir shops all within 1 kilometer of the property (approval .6 miles). We are centrally located near all large tourist destinations in Costa Rica. You can go to everywhere, except to the Caribbean Coast, on either 1/2 day or full day tours.

Getting around

If you are adventuresome and want to explore Costa Rica a car is recommend. Public transportation picks up and drops off directly across the street. Public Transportation is safe, reliable, and economical. It does take a bit longer to get to places with the stops. Private transportation is also available. I can arrange for any transportation needs you may have. All of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the property as well.
