Person signing and staying must be at least 25 yrs old; House quiet hours are from 8pm-8am-strictly enforced. No parties/events. Max capacity is 8.
Guests are responsible for locking all doors/windows in the villa when they are absent - safeguarding its contents, including guests' personal items.
Third party travel insurance is required to cover any cancellations outside of our cancellation policy. This is not a party house - No loud music.
Colina Monito is a small private community of about 10 homes and it backs up to the national park!
Getting around
A car is nice to have because it allows you to explore and see more of beautiful Costa Rica. A 4x4 is not necessary.
