Osa Jungle Hostel is just 3km. from Puerto Jimenez the gateway town on the Osa Peninsula. The hostel is newly built in the low hills overlooking the waters of Golfo Dulce and the surrounding rain forest.
The hostel itself has two bunk rooms with four bunk beds each. Every bed has a mosquito net.
There are decks and hang out areas for viewing the daily monkey show and other wild life. The Rancho is a shady spot for socializing and relaxing in a hammock. A small river runs through the property and quests are encouraged to explore the trails and find a natural pool to swim in.
The kitchen at Jungle Hostel is fully equipped so you can create meals as you choose. Bathrooms and showers are maintained daily by our staff.

Best place, best host, big adventure
We've spend one night with my girlfriend and it was amazing; You are in communion with nature and you can hear the jungle.
Moreover Peter it's one of the best host that I've ever met.
He can pick you up at Puerto Jimenez and you can buy some stuff before to live an incredible experience for a very good price.

A wonderful experience deep in the jungle
I slep 2 nights in this new complex managed by Peter, Alan and Carole a volonteer. I've been welcomed as if i were part of the family. Peter's wife helped me with my laundry because I could not find a solution in town. Initially i intended to stay one night, but the experience and spirit was so nice that i decided to stay one more night. Squirel monkeys visit this part of the hotel in the evening. I also had the chance to see a koati, many birds sucj as ara and toucans. Thanks Peter, Carole, Alan for this warm welcome, I enjoyed it. Pascal
