Set in the tranquil and much sought after Gulpinar residential area of Dalyan, Mountain View is a south facing development of just 4 apartments completed in 2014. No 2 is on the ground floor and has its own private raised terrace with steps leading to the main pool and bbq terrace. A large awning makes this a perfect spot for meals outside and early evening drinks. We are proud to maintain a 5 star TripAdvisor rating and many guests are now paying a return visit. The complex has wonderful views of the mountains, a completely open aspect with pomegranate orchards to the side and rear of the property, and luxury villas to the front where ample parking is available. This immaculate apartment has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with large walk in shower and open plan living area, recently upgraded, with brand new fully fitted kitchen (2024) including ceramic hob, oven, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Air conditioned throughout the property has wi-fi and satellite TV which receives UK & local channels. The apartment has also been recently decorated throughout.The pool is shared with the other 3 apartments. Due to the layout of the terraces and pool area (no shallow end) it is NOT suitable for children. Walking distance to the old market square in Dalyan and the quay side is just 7-8 minutes.

The apartment is located is a quiet residential area.Many villas are occupied all year round. Respect for them & other guests within the apartment complex is required. Quiet hours:11pm and 8am. Noise after 12pm will result in a Jandarma visit. Please: Remove outdoor footwear when entering the apartment. Refrain from smoking in the apartment. Do not leave the Air con on when you go out. It is very efficient and 10 mins will cool a room ready for use No early or late swimming.after 9pm

This apartment has just had a new kitchen fitted including new appliances and everything you needed for a great self catering holiday my self and my wife spent a lovely relaxing 2 week here on our 2 week we had family come and stay for a week Rosemary sorted transfers and registration with the local authorities also sorted transfers for our family kept us informed on every aspect of the rental process thanks again hope to return next year.

Great apartment within easy walking distance of Dalyan centre
No.2 Mountain View is a very nice two bedroom apartment, one of four in the building. There is a lovely pool just outside your door. We had an excellent two week stay in the apartment and found that it had everything we needed. The owner, Rosemary, was very helpful throughout and communication was great. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk into town but all walks in Dalyan are relatively easy as there are no hills. We hired bicycles so that we could explore further - there are a few places in Dalyan offering rental bikes. As a guide, we negotiated a 10 day rental @ £2.00 per bike per day and it was well worth it. The area around the apartment is very quiet and peaceful and we loved relaxing with drinks on the veranda area just outside the front door. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay in Dalyan.

What a gem
From when we booked to go ,to returning home we couldn't fault. Rosemary the owner was most helpful right the way through even on our return nothing was too much trouble ,as for the apartment it's had a bit of upgrading which makes it even more comfortable , the kitchen has everything you need it wanting to stay in even the use of a built BBQ in the garden at the other side of the pool. There are plenty of restaurants all within walking distance from literally round the corner, or into the centre of Dalyan which is about 10/15 min flat walk . All in all we had a fabulous holiday and hope to return in the near future. Thank so much Rosemary. Yvonne &Dave.

Amazing stay
We have just returned from another fabulous week staying at Mountain View apartment. The apartment is in a lovely setting with a lovely view and a nice pool area. The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated/furnished. Everything you need is available. You can walk into town and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Looking forward to our next trip and stay at this beautiful place.

Excellent apartment and Location
The apartment and its location was absolutely perfect for my first holiday to Turkey. The amenities in the apartment were all you could ask for, it was clean and well presented and for the location, being just outside town was peaceful and relaxing. I hope to go back again in the not to distant future.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting
We stayed here for 10 days and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable set in beautiful surroundings. Just 10 mins walk out of town it’s near enough to access the local amenities but far enough out to enjoy peace and tranquility. The apartment is spacious enough for 4 adults and very well equipped. The pool and surrounded area is wonderful and very well maintained. There’s so much to see and do around Dalyan and the people are so friendly and helpful I would thoroughly recommend a holiday here and we will definitely be back.

Perfect
We stayed at this apartment for 14 days.my self my daughter and my 2 grandsons age 4 and 5. The apartment was perfect in every way. The pool is shared with other people renting the other apartments. But we were lucky to have it to our self apart from about 3 days. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main shopping and restaurants. Although I hired a mobility scooter for £10 A day. Rosemary was in touch with us from the time we booked the holiday to the day we come home . I fully recommend this apartment...

Perfect accommodation
From the quiet location, correspondence with Rosemary, transfer to and from the airport and cleanliness of villa and pool, nothing was less than perfect.

Picturesque
What a wonderful time we are having in this modern apartment in picturesque surroundings. A beautiful view can be had whilst chilling out on the raised seating area. We met Rosemary, the owner, on day one and she was very helpful and accommodating even leaving us some provisions and greeting us with a bottle of wine. Apartment is excellent and well appointed. The pool is clean and refreshing and is checked and cleaned daily. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood approx 10 mins walk from all the amenities in Dalyan, this is a superb holiday let.

Stayed here end June and beginning July. What a pleasure it was. The location is just right for us and the 5 to 10 minute short stroll home is just enough to make you ready for a good night's sleep. It is very peaceful and with the way the other apartments are occupied we almost had a 100% sole use of the pool, but with us walking out of the apartment and onto a comfortable sunbathing area we were never pushed for space. Rosemary is very thorough and ensures you are fully informed and maintained a good level of communication from booking to departure. The apartment is well equipped and unlike some Airb&bs equipped so it is functional for short stayers and thoroughly clean. Would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
