The second and third bedroom makes use of a shared bathroom fitted with a bath. The kitchen features a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and a washing machine. There is uncapped high-speed wifi on the property which is also very ideal for those who may wish to work during the holidays. The living area has a smart TV which is equipped with Netflix, and Amazon Prime among other programs. There is a free-standing breakfast counter with stools, and a dining table, and opens onto a sea-facing balcony. The complex enjoys direct access to a safe swimming beach through an access-controlled gate while parking, a communal braai area, and a laundry line are also available. The apartment building is accessed via a remote-controlled gate. The entire complex is free from a load-shedding schedule. This means that holidays are uninterrupted by any power cuts or outages There is secure free parking in the complex. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
