This modern apartment is situated in the heart of Margate and middle of the action, a skip away from Margate main beach and in the midst of a smorgasbord of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and cocktail bars. Free Uncapped Wifi available.
The fully equipped unit has a big balcony with sea, beach and river view. Private built in wood braai and 6 seater patio set. Main room with queen bed, TV & ensuite bathroom. Awesome flat on beachfront
We had a wonderful time at Granada 104, even over the December rush, we still had a quite and peaceful time. With the beach just a walk away and entertainment around the corner. The flat was stunning, clean and comfortable. Thank you for the owners that made it such a awesome vacation for me and my family.

Fantastic flat within walking distance to Margate beach
I was looking for an affordable flat on the coast with two bedrooms within walking distance of the beach. My stay at Granada was a lovely surprise with a view of the ocean from the patio. The built in braai was a very social setting when having a visit from friends. The flat itself had two bedrooms perfect for myself , my husband and son. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary kitchen ware and there was a dishwasher to make my holidays that much easier. There was a washing machine in the bathroom wich saved us having to pay extra to have our towels washed.There was also secure parking in the complex.
I will definitely be back as the price was affordable and the flat is situated very central and within walking distance to shops.

Keys will be collected at the Sasol garage. Will give box number.
Directions to Granada 104 from the Sasol Garage:
Continue along Marine Drive for approximately 1km
On your LEFT you will see the Margate Hotel and right next to it, on the corner, is the KEG. The building across the road (with Steers) is GRANADA.
To go to your parking, turn LEFT into Harley Street (Steers will now be on your right & the KEG on your left). Around the corner on the right is the access to the basement parking. There are 2 levels. You may enter the 2nd level to unload and load for the lift. For your stay you must please park at the lower level. You don’t have to park at the 104 sign, You can park in front of the steel gate because it is bigger and easier. That business has moved so it won’t be a problem. All entrances work with remote controls except the unit itself with keys.
