A beautiful designer lounge leading onto a large balcony overlooking the sea invites guests to relax and enjoy the ultimate feeling of having arrived. A solar heated pool, terraces and balconies make for stunning views of the famous sun setting over the bay. Other services and facilities frequently used by guests include airport transfers, a concierge service and free private parking. Guests also love the friendly, helpful and trustworthy staff members, the famous Hussar Grill Restaurant and a grocery store/deli which are within a two minute walk. Just a 10 minute walk down to one of the top tourist destinations, Camps Bay beach, this tranquil accommodation benefits from its peaceful surroundings. Far enough from the noisy crowds of the beachfront and promenade to enjoy the quiet and relax but close enough to the beaches, bars and restaurants to be able to walk down to them. If hustle and bustle city life is what you want, take a quick 10 minute drive past the famous Table Mountain and you’ll be there. Camps Bay is a favorite destination among overseas visitors and Villa Atlantica makes for the perfect place from where to explore Cape Town. Find African souvenirs from local vendors. Enjoy the local cuisine at one of the many restaurants or street side cafes, making snacks, lunch and dinner easily at hand. Shop at the Camps Bay Promenade or V&A Waterfront and enjoy everything from up market boutiques to beauty salons and spas. Play a round of golf at one of the nearby golf courses, hike up Table Mountain or Cape Point or try local wines at one of literally thousands of wine farms. After sundowners, head to one of the many bars and clubs lining the beach front, the Theatre on the Bay, Cape Town’s famous Long Street, the Artscape Theatre or to Grand West Casino. More

Interaction with guests
A bit about us… We are a family run business who loves to travel and meet travellers. Amir, the “old man” owner, spent years as a navy officer and skipper of the seas. He travelled all over the world, learning to speak 7 different languages and eventually settled in Cape Town, the most beautiful city he had ever seen. His wife, Rene, is a born South African. She is also a qualified tour guide and wine connoisseur. A river of information, that will help any guest with advice and information. Their daughter, Tali, a marketing graduate and travelling addict, is now running the business with her parents, adding a young flair and pizzazz to the family business. We live on the property in a separate unit and here to assist.

About the neighbourhood
Why we love Camps Bay… Maybe it’s the lavishness of Camps Bay villas, or perhaps it’s the oh-so-trendy cafe culture. Then again, it could be the breath taking sunsets or the central location. It may even be the beautiful scenery, beaches and people. Whatever it is that makes us fall in love with Camps Bay, we do know one thing for sure… the rest of the world is as mad about this Atlantic Seaboard suburb as we are. Blessed with famous beaches, a mild Mediterranean climate, a main stretch of road that is a cross between Miami Beach and the South of France, Camps Bay is a well-off suburb that has become one of the most popular destinations for tourists, locals and property investors alike.
Getting around
Camps Bays Main Road, Victoria Road, is framed by the Atlantic Ocean on one side, the Twelve Apostles mountain range on the other, and palm trees, little cafes and lavish houses and villas in between. With much to offer, here are the things that top our list: - The beaches - The proximity to Cape Towns choice attractions - The café culture - The epic sunsets - The luxurious lifestyle - Cocktails culture - The spa’s - The mountain backdrop - Celeb spotting paradise Get around Camps Bay by foot, taxi or car. To explore Cape Town in its entirety we would suggest renting a car
