Situated in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nice family homes and lush gardens in the heart of Tokai, one of the most beautiful suburbs of Cape Town in the middle of the leafy Constantia Valley with its world-famous Wine Estates. This beautiful holiday home offers a main bedroom with a king-size bed (184cm width) and a dressing room and a second bedroom with two single beds both with en-suite bathroom. A sleeper-couch is available in the extra room upstairs in front of the third bedroom (suitable for one adult or two smaller children, at extra cost). The beautiful fully fitted kitchen (granite-top) with a kitchen bar leads directly into the separate dining room. A big utility room allows storing away personal belongings of the guests like golf bags and suitcases. Laundry facilities (washing-machine, tumble-dryer, and big freezer) and a guest toilet are next to this room which leads to the garage (not available). Save parking available on the premises (under carport), as well as lots of space for guest parking off-street. The gorgeous solar-heated swimming pool (illuminated by lights during the night) is the absolute highlight of a wonderful garden which includes entertainment area with a barbeque facility, big lawn, and beautiful flowerbeds. There is a second terrace available to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. More

Host is not responsible for any damages/disadvantages, if guest has not carried out safety precautions correctly. 3. Guest is expressly asked to use only the parking space assigned to him and to position his car with enough space for others! 4. Use of pool daily between 8 am and 8 pm. Cleaning robot must not be removed from pool, taken apart, or climbed on. 5. AirCons only for use with a guest in the room.

About the neighbourhood
Our area is called Constantia Valley, the jewel of the Cape, steeped in history and breathtaking scenery. It is the birthplace of the wine farming industry in South Africa. World-class wines are being produced in these lovely green surroundings and accoladed for its escalating quality. Visitors can taste the fine wines and experience a unique journey through each of the 8 open-for-public farms, which also hold top-class Restaurants, namely e.g. Chef’s Warehouse at Beau Constantia and Buitenverwachting. The farms are all within a few minutes’ drive of each other. With two top-class golf courses within the valley and two others in the vicinity, Constantia is well known as one of the golfing paradises of the world. White-sanded beaches nearby.
Getting around
The best way to see the sights is to use a rental car. Alternatively, UBER-Taxies are always available in the area. Standard taxies can be organized by us (arranged pick-up times). Major railway stations are in Plumstead and Wynberg. Local bus lines or black taxies are not recommendable.
