What a find!
Absolutely gorgeous little apartment just across the river in Tomar with a lovely view of the castle! Our host gave us a wonderful welcome along with a glass of port and cake. The apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated. We ended up booking another day so that we could really enjoy Tomar. It's a very special little place with free parking just opposite it and makes for a great base to explore the village!

Excellent apartment
Everything in the apartment is new and in perfect condition. There is nice castle view from all windows. Free parking is just across the street. Apartment is unexpectedly very quiet. Management staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. After traveling and renting apartments for last two years this one is the best and my favorite.

Flattered to Stay There
This is not a 'fancy' place but it is all you could want in a holiday apartment. It is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants, etc. There is parking available nearby if you are driving, and there is a small cafe right around the corner for coffee and snacks. The apartment is attractive and clean with everything you need. The lady who met us at check in was extremely helpful providing much local information. What really topped off the stay, was the breakfast. Delivered in a really cute basket it was as good or better that those offered at much more expensive hotels. I would definitely stay there again if in Tomar and will look for its 'sister' properties in other locations.

Muy acogedor
El apartamento es maravilloso, me gusto mucho la decoración, estaba equipado con todo lo que pudieras necesitar. Como detalle de bienvenida nos obsequiaron con un vino de Oporto y flores frescas que le daban un ambiente acogedor y entrañable. La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable, casi en el centro por lo que es perfecto para visitar Tomar a pie. Respecto a la atención del personal del apartamento fue muy buena incluso tienen preparado unos mapas y callejeros para explicártelo todo. Por mi experiencia es recomendable 100%

Perfect Portugese hospitality, superb location
This was really a perfect stay. Located right in the city center of Tomar, with public parking in the direct vicinity. Breakfast, freshly delivered at your doorstep: really really great. Apartments as well. Loved the airco when it was a 40°C outside. Hosts where both marvelous!! We'll come back.

Férias gastronomicas em Tomar
Adoramos este apartamento. Decoração com muito bom gosto, muito bem equipado e localizado (parque de estacionamento ao lado). Quando chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos e acarinhados pela pessoa que estava a nossa espera. Tudo estava limpo o que fez que nos sentíssemos muito confortáveis desde o início. A vista para o castelo de Tomar é maravilhosa. O único senão é não ter elevador, fica no 2° andar, para quem tem um bebé e tem de carregar o carrinho e outras coisas custa um pouco, mas vale bem a pena o esforço.
A empresa que arrenda este apartamento teve o cuidado de me enviar as informações necessárias para quem visita Tomar, como aonde comer e o que visitar. Em relação aos restaurantes seguimos a risca as recomendações e posso dizer que foram ótimas. Todos os emails que troquei com os responsáveis foram cordiais.
Ficamos com vontade de conhecer os outros apartamentos que a empresa tem espalhados por Portugal.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt
Wir haben Tomar / flattered besucht, weil wir in Golega die grösste Messe für Lusitano-Pferde besucht haben. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit einem Glas Portwein. Unsere Gastgeberin hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht und als am 3. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes bekamen wir ein Frühstück in einem sehr hübschen Picknickkorb gebracht. Das Appartment war sehr individuell renoviert - alles sehr neu. Die Betten waren gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da es im November auch in Portugal kühle Nächte gibt, war es toll, dass die gesamte Wohnung mit elektischen Heizkörpern ausgestattet war. Die Räume waren in 10 Minuten warm. Die TV-Senderauswahl war riesig, auch deutsche Programme. Am letzten Abend fanden wir noch einen sehr netten Brief mit den Süssigkeiten "Kiss me quick" als keines Abschiedssweety. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt noch um 2 Tage verlängert, was Gott sei Dank klappte - zu diese Zeit war ja keine Hauptsaison. Tomar ist sehr sehenswert. Auf keinen Fall die Burg, die "Wiege der Templer" verpassen. Wir waren mit einem Leihwagen unterwegs. Parken ohne Gebühren direkt vor dem Haus kein Problem. Jeden Freitag ist ein schöner Gemüse- und Trödelmarkt direkt vor der Tür. Auch für "NIcht-Pferde-Fans" ist die Lusitano-Messe jedes Jahr im November sehr sehenswert. Ein toller Event. Vom Flughafen ist man in 1 Stunde 20 Minuten in Tomar. Nach der Messe sind wir nach Cascais weitergefahren - sehr schönes Städtchen am Atlantik mit langer Tradition als Seebad. Im Sommer sicher überlaufen, da es vor den Toren von Lissabon liegt und zusammen mit Estoril auch ein Wochenendausflugsziel ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
