In a nice small and old building (1940) with marble stairs, high ceilings and large wood doors, this apartment has been recently renovated and decorated melting a colonial architecture with modern equipments and decoration. It is on the second and last floor (without elevator) of a building with only six units (two units per floor). It has been equipped for four guests. It has a total covered area of 95 square meters, two balconies (one with a view on « Luis Sáenz Peña » Street, the other one with a view from the back of the building) and a terrace (access via the common area of the building) of 16 square meters. The first bedroom offers two single beds (1,9 m. * 0,8 m) with each one an additional extra single (pullout bed of 1,7 m * 0,7 m), which makes a total of four single beds – or, according to your needs and instead of the single beds, one Queen Size bed of 1,9 m * 1,6 m. It has an air-conditioning & a balcony too. The second bedroom has a Double bed (1,9 m * 1,4 m) and a fan. Each bedroom has storage, sheets and towels. There are a safety deposit box, Internet Wi-Fi and a Smart phone in the apartment. Located in one of the oldest districts of Buenos Aires: Monserrat, this apartment offers an excellent localization at only four blocks of the University (UADE) and subways C & E (station « Independencia »), four blocks of Avenue « 9 de Julio » and from San Telmo district. Four blocks of Belgrano Avenue, seven blocks of “Congreso” Square, subway A – station “Sáenz Peña” and of the historic Avenue « Avenida de Mayo ».
