Casa con una ubicación excepcional a 150m de la costanera del río Paraná donde se pueden realizar distintos deportes acuáticos como salir a andar en kayak o paddle surf; a 500 metros del balneario "El Brete" donde uno se puede meter al agua, tomar sol, utilizar las canchas de beach-voley, básquet, o futbol-tenis, y a 10 cuadras del Centro de Posadas. El entorno es ideal para pasar una estadía agradable con la familia, teniendo la costanera a unos pasos para recorrerla (muy recomendado) con los mas chicos encontrando diferentes juegos y atracciones para ellos, y unas pocas cuadras mas a partir de El Brete (siguiendo por la costanera) se encuentra el inicio de la zona de patios de comida, restaurantes, heladerías y demás para salir a disfrutar y darse un gusto.
