El departamento tiene una capacidad de alojar hasta 5 huéspedes, esta situado en pleno centro de la ciudad de San Carlos de Bariloche, en la intersección de la calle Beschedt y Mitre (Beschtedt 165) en un edificio a estrenar.
Distando a tan solo 50 metros de la iglesia Catedral Nuestra Señora Nahuel Huapi y a 5 cuadras del Centro Cívico.
El mismo posee 43 m² distribuidos en un hall de ingreso, una cocina – living, un baño completo y un dormitorio con balcón con vistas al lago Nahuel Huapi, a la iglesia Catedral y a la famosa calle principal Mitre.
Este esta decorado de forma moderna con detalles minimalistas y equipado con mobiliarios y blancos de calidad hotelera superior.

Excellent
Very comfortlable, cosy place with evertyhing needed to have a good rest🙂 The owners very helpful and nice.
I honestly recommend this accomodation for all familes.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones
Califico la estadía como excelente. Fuimos muy bien recibidas por Martín, quien nos facilitó toda la información que un viajante necesita. Debo destacar que las instalaciones y comodidades del departamento son excelentes. Volvería a hospedarme allí sin dudas, y recomiendo dicho hospedaje.

Excelente servicio
El dpto es nuevo. La verdad que está muy bien pensado. Los dueños son muy serviciales y están en todos los detalles. Tenés todo equipamiento nuevo para cocinar y comer en el lugar. Tienen juegos de mesa. Y hasta algunos mapas e info turística que te dejan, y además te asesoran. Unos genios! Volvería!!

Recomendable 100% !!!! Me hospede 7 días. Excelente ubicación, impecable estado general, cómodo, lindo decorado y muuuuuy luminoso y ventilado.
Ropa de cama, sommiers y toallas de excelente calidad.
Monika y Martín son unos anfitriones geniales. Siempre atentos a nuestras consultas y solicitudes y nos dieron infinita información sobre excursiones y actividades para hacer.
