Very nice home, quiet and clean.
This is a Bed and Breakfast in the owner's home. She was quite personable and was able to get us in our room a little earlier than we expected. The room was spacious and clean. Not sure about a shared bathroom, but the other visitors and ourselves did not cross paths. Very nice array of breakfast choices, close to shopping and restaurants. In the suburbs, but within 30 minutes of the airport and downtown. You won't get a better deal for the quality and cleanliness of this accommodation. I would definitely recommend, especially for a business traveler who wants a homier environment.

It's in a quiet neighborhood
Stayed in the twin bedroom upstairs .
Has a refrigerator in room, shared bathroom down the hall.
Big living room is also upstairs.
Breakfast is continental - fruit, cereals, muffins and keurig coffee .

Immer wieder, super Aufenthalt
Wir waren für eine Nacht hier und begeistert. Das Haus ist in einer schönen Wohngegend und ruhig gelegen. Man hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer und begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Küche, das Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Terrasse sind für alle nutzbar. Es ist sauber und gemütlich, man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Zum Frühstück gibt es Cornflakes, Toast, Gebäck, Waffeln, Obst, Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Orangensaft etc. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei.
Die Besitzerin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Einziges Manko ist, dass das Haus etwas hellhörig ist.

Satnav needed to find it, but it's well worth finding
Happy Valley is in the extreme north of the Phoenix suburbs, about 30 miles from Sky Harbor airport. It's in a quiet residential area and would be tricky to find without some sort of satnav but persevere, because it's well worth finding. We had a huge double room, very clean, well equipped with acres of space. The owners encourage you to feel at home, with ample tea, coffee and breakfast supplies laid out. There's a lovely pool outside and it's good to take breakfast out onto the patio and watch the hummingbirds flitting about, weather permitting. It's a perfect place to stay if you're heading north from Phoenix as it's right on the edge of the urban area, so you can make good progress towards Sedona or the Grand Canyon the next day. Recommended.
