Our stylish and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom 2-bath 2-garage home is situated five blocks from downtown Phoenix. Two blocks to light rail or a short walk to the heart of the city, provides easy access to the most visited attractions popularized in Phoenix.The Space, Built in 1998, and recently renovated & modernized, this home truly provides the amenities and comfort needed for a memorable stay in downtown Phoenix Arizona. With living room, large open kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent elegant dining room perfect for conversation and relaxation. 3 bedrooms and 2 full luxury bathrooms can provided up to 6 people there own private space, we also have available a full sized sofa bed with upgraded mattress and if needed a twin roll-away bed (please request upon booking). This home also provides a pack-n-play and highchair for quests with a young child (please request upon booking). The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, for those guests who prefer to cook and eat at home. Enjoy beautiful fall, winter, spring weather, and summer evenings with our outdoor living areas. Two large patio's with BBQ and comfortable seating as well as a spacious park-like backyard with gazebo retreat and city views can provide an outdoor getaway for your pleasure. Guest entrance access to our home is key-less. All guests will be emailed an access code that will allow them to enter. After entering the access code guests can create their own private code to use through their stay. Guests have access to the entire home, yards and 2-car garage. (note: If garage door openers are lost or not returned, there will be an additional $50.00 charge for a replacement.) Two bedrooms share a full bath while the master bedroom has its own master bath. The only area the quests do not have access to is the supply closet in the garage used by the cleaning crew.Interaction with Guests. We enjoy keeping in contact prior to arrival and meeting our quests upon arrival. However if time does not allow we are always available by phone or email and eager to provide information that will make the stay a memorable one.The Neighborhood. The neighborhood is usually very quiet. A comfortable easy 10 minute walk to downtown Phoenix.Getting around the 12th St light-rail station is 2 short blocks from the house. It can take you to/from the Sky Harbour airport, as well as downtown Phoenix is one stop away. This is a NO SMOKING property and NO PETS are allowed, due to future guests potential allergies. Please adhere to this policy. Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Relax and enjoy. We are proud of our home. Substantial savings buy not having to park in downtown where parking has recently increased. $3 to $4 per hour at meters and garages. And $30 to $40 per night at hotels. 7 blocks to Downtown Phoenix and Phoenix Convention Center. Quiet neighborhood 1 block to the light rail transportation train. There is garage parking for 2 cars and room in the driveway for 2 more if needed.
Getting around
1 mile to Downtown or 15 to 20 minute walk. Transportation available is 12 street phoenix light rail station for all Downtown locations as well as Mesa and Tempe east Valley and north Central Phoenix Valley areas. Uber, taxi and bus available as well.
