Our Virginia St Dollhouse is the perfect location for your Prescott stay. It offers a quaint experience in the heart of downtown Prescott where you can walk the Courthouse Plaza.
The Dollhouse has two bedrooms with queen beds. These beds are so comfy with memory foam mattresses and 5 Star quality sheets. The master enters directly into the large bathroom.
The living room, kitchen, and dining room are an open concept area that offers several different options for hanging out with friends and family. We have a wonderful island in the kitchen, a lovely seating area for the living room, and a beautiful dining table for more formal activities or just somewhere to sit with your laptop.

The place is so beutiful, the view is great, the area is very nice, and the stars!
Melinda is so special. She really cared for us. From the time we arrived she went out of her way explaining all the features of the house. When my wife needed medical help, as a nurse, she took very could care of her. The windows face out and offer a very nice view. The kitchen has all the nessesary things. We had a wonderful time.

Caution
Booked and confirmed thru Agoda. Refused to honor our confirmed booking to take a higher priced booking after the fact. Now we have NO place to stay. Proprietor is argumentative and resorts to lying, and not very good lies. BEWARE as you may have the rug pulled out from you at the last moment. I have emails to support this claim and suggest you would do better ANYWHERE else

Do Not Trust Them !!!-- They Will Cancel Confirmed Reservations At The Last Minute (apparently for a better offer)
Watch out! Do not trust this woman! Totally unethical! You can't count on your reservation.
Like the other reviewer, we also had our reservation cancelled at the last minute and left totally stranded!! No explanation. Just a notice from Booking.com saying "the landlord is no longer offering the house for rent."
The next day, I found it on a different site--YEP--totally available for our same dates but asking A Lot more money!
Before Jodee dumped us and then refused to return my calls and texts, she charged our credit card, confirmed our reservation, texted me to collect personal information, and required that I send her photos of everyone's ID's---even our college daughters!
Just do yourself a favor and look for another house.
You can't count on this one.
There are so many people offering beautiful homes who value their renters and are eager to make your stay enjoyable.

About the neighbourhood
We are located in the Downtown Prescott Historic District. We are just a few blocks away from Yavapai College and about 6 blocks away from the Square in downtown Prescott. Both are easy to walk. The walk to the Square is delightful because you get to see all the different historic houses.
Getting around
The best way to get around Prescott is by car. There is limited mass transit. Other great ways to get around is by walking or riding a bike. There are plenty of taxi's and some uber.

We are just off the corner of Sheldon St. and North Virginia St. At the corner of Sheldon and Virginia is Berry's Restaurant. We are adjacent to their lot.
