Comfortable King sized bed with large separate office, Extra futon/couch bed. Large walk in closet, full size washer/dryer in unit. Assigned parking spot in gated garage. The condo is removed from the hustle bustle on Scottsdale Rd/entertainment district yet very close/walkable to it all: Nightlife, shopping, bars, restaurants, parks, hot spots like AZ88, Toca Madera, Nobu, and Maple & Ash are nearby. Also, Giants Stadium, golf, farmer's market, and the bustling canal for exercise. 30 day minimum.
