Small space
We knew the actual living space prior to our arrival, the living space was smaller than we expected, with the furniture being so large. The TV hangs high on the wall and after awhile you seem to be getting a stiff neck. The unit is within an older bldg and walls are thin, you can hear the above and next door neighbors, which made us want to be "OUT" more than staying "IN". It has a small attached patio, that has no view at all, it overlooks the other patios with some crazy challenged neighbors who like to spend their evening outdoors instead of sleeping. The unit itself was clean and had the basic dishes you would need, along with a new toaster oven. Having the apt size washer/dryer was perfect. The bathroom shower was roomy and plenty of hot water. The owner was helpful and concerned with our disappointment of quietness we hoped for, the loud neighbors are out of his control, but there were many nights that we slept well. The price was adequate for the studio, which our stay was during high season for AZ.
