This apartment has been owned by the same family for over 40 years and has been maintained and kept up to date. It has all modern facilities but has kept a traditional Spanish feel to it. The apartment has two twin bedrooms (one with additional pull out bed), a bathroom, kitchen/utility, and lounge. The lounge is fitted with a 40 inch widescreen HD Ready LCD TV, together with cable TV so that guests can enjoy not only British TV, but also European Channels (German, Dutch Spanish, Danish French). There is also a sound system with ipod/iphone docking station. The lounge sofa-beds also allow sleeping for two guests. From the lounge there is access out to the balcony overlooking the beach and the swimming pool with well maintained private gardens. The property is surrounded by excellent shops and restaurants with supermarkets just a short walk away. Please note with the new rental laws in Andalucia, Spain, before your departure we would need a copy of each persons passport information staying at the apartment. My husband and myself stay in this wonderful apartment for 10 days, it is spotlessly clean and in an amazing position with grand views of the beach & pool. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and will definitely return.

It is just a 20 minute journey to the apartment from Malaga Airport. Many Hire Car companies operate out of Malaga airport. A train will take you from Malaga Airport to Los Boliches (8 minute walk from the apartment). They run every 30 minutes.
