Comfortable two bedroom apt with approxim. 12 m2 terrace and 30-40 m2 patio. Practical terrace opening from living- room => living room 'extension'. Good compass to south ! Some kitchen 'tools' need updating, such as some kettels (uneven bottom) and pan. Safe and near parking. Own guarding and gardeners in the Oasis area => Safe and cozy place to stay.

As well as two bright double bedrooms and a very comfortable living area with fully equipped kitchen, the property benefits from both a full bathroom with bath and shower and a handy additional washroom with toilet and basin.

All rooms have fans for cooling in summer and heaters for warmth in winter and there are duvets and additional blankets for added coziness if required during the cooler months. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers and there is a safe hidden in the main bedroom. There are also four beach towels for guests to use in addition to the full quota of bathroom towels.

A travel cot, a portable 'high chair' and some other useful items are available for little ones and a wheeled shopping bag, a cool bag, four beach umbrellas and four portable bea...
