This spacious air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment is situated in Burriana Beach zone in one of the most elegant privately gated complexes in the picturesque Moorish Town of Nerja. It was a three bedroom apartment but as we like to have en-suite facilities it was decided to make it a 2 bedroom apartment with the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom/shower room. There is a private alcove area at the back of the lounge which houses a very comfortable sofa bed for one or two persons. So in fact the apartment can easily accommodate 6 persons. There are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms and our guests have reported the beds are comfortable. This appartment was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us, really spacious and like home from home. Marion really prides herself on this property and it is perfect for a family holiday. Great location in beautiful nerja, we have even booked for next year!

Marion made everything so easy always avail before we arrived via email and in person during our 10 days. Nothing is too much trouble for her. From linen changes to a million towels she also had beach umbrellas chairs floats etc awaiting me, my husband and four teenagers. Apt so spacious and comfortable the smart TV meant we could log...

You will be able to take possession of the apartment on your first day at about 4 in the afternoon but we would also do our very best to accommodate an earlier arrival time. This depends on whether previous guests have departed on the same day. What is most important to us is that the apartment is cleaned and prepared ready for use by our managed and supervised team. We shall be able to negotiate your entry time by email nearer the time of your visit.

If you require a supplementary bed, cot, cot side and/or high chair please let us know well in advance so that we can secure these for you. Some of these items may incur a rental charge but we will do our best to secure these free of charge. What is most important is that we know of your requirements prior to your arrival including the number of guests in your party.

About the neighbourhood
Our apartment is directly owned and rented by ourselves and is closely situated near to Burriana Beach on the east side of the old Andalucian town of Nerja. We chose this location to purchase our property when it was built in 2003 as it is situated in a green belt area and provides a peaceful zone to relax and enjoy a holiday or longer stay. Many of our guests have describe it as a "peaceful haven". Being so near to the beach and shops, a hiring car is not absolutely essential but for those of you who wish to use our apartment as a base to tour then you would find this useful. The private garage is situated immediately below the apartment. The position of the sun was an important consideration when purchasing the apartment in 2003. Getting around
Our apartment has a large private garage immediately below the apartment This is a must if you are arriving with a car because car parking spaces are at a premium in Nerja especially in the high seasons. Also this means that your car is parked in the shade - another important consideration in the summer months. If you do not have a car then there is no problems as we can provide help with booking our regular local taxi driver team (Miguel or his son Javier) to assist you. There is also a bus stop within 2 mins walk of this Edificio. The local information pack contains a sheet on how to walk too and from Burriana beach and to the centre of town

Malaga is the nearest airport for guests arriving by plane and from here we can arrange for our regular local taxi drivers to meet you and bring you to the apartment. Alternatively we can put you in touch with Pablo our family member employee for car hire quotation and if you are staying for a long time you may wish to explore the region. We can provide you with driving instructions taking the most efficient and easy way to the apartment. Both are excellent services. However if you wish you can also come by bus and then take a local taxi from Nerja bus station to the apartment.
