This magnificent holiday appartment is beautiful presented and is situated close to the town centre, the golf courses and fine walks along East Lothian costline .The property offers bright and spacious accomodation with retained period detail predominatly over 2 levels, from a private entrance on the ground floor . We have 5 bedrooms two of them are double , two of them could be twin or super king size bed and the last one had 2 single beds . We have a family bathroom on the first floor a large bedroom with an en-suite and shower room on the second floor with a separate toilet . Plenty of free street parking unfortunately no private parking available.

Loved this place. Can't wait to come back!
Perfect location directly across from the beautiful beach and a short walk from the High St. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortably slept our group of 9. The accommodation would be great for groups or a few families together. The best thing about it is the stunning view. Loved our weekend and hope to be back one day!

Wonderful Time
What a lovely relaxing flat directly overlooking the sea and a very short walk to a variety of shops and restaurant etc, as its spread over two floors there was plenty of room was plenty of room for 9 ladies who like a lot of mirror and storage space(!) and a lovely living room big enough for us all to sit and chat.
Each room was well decorated and absolutely spotless and Lorena the owner is lovely, we had a ball thank you x

Absolutely wonderful accommodation
Had a wonderful time with extended family visiting from USA. My husband had all his children and grand children together for the first time. The accommodation was so comfortable and well equipped and the position meant we did not have to move the car all week.

Beautiful apartment, views and location
Lovely, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Perfect location on the seafront, with just a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect house and location
Great house for a large group. Plenty of space for 10 adults and the view is amazing. Very well equipped for self catering. Beds are flexible and very comfortable. Would highly recommend the house.

Lovely flat with fantastic views
We have just returned home after staying in East Sands for the weekend. Would highly recommend it. There were 6 adults, 4 children and 1 baby and it was great for all. Well equipped, plenty room to move around and to sit comfortably and absolutely stunning views.
As it was December the Christmas tree was up, there were beautiful fresh flowers in a vase and chocolate teddies for the children. These little touches make all the difference.

Excellent venue for a family get together
We were looking for a large house to accommodate far flung members of our family for a Christmas get together. The accommodation was excellent and very welcoming. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our Christmas fare and the location on the sea front is fantastic. The living room has a large bay window overlooking the beach and affords an exceptional view over the ever changing seascape. Highly recommended.

Bella Beachy Summer!
The perfect house for a big family gathering. Right on the beach, within a stone's throw of an outdoor sea pool - shallow for kids, a seabird centre, boat trips, a high street with interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. Our host, Lorena, has that rare quality of affording privacy but being there immediately if you need anything. She welcomed us to our special family celebration with fresh flowers, wine in the fridge, teacakes and caramels. I used to visit my Aunt Bella in North Berwick with my Nano( yes she was tiny!) as a wee girl and it was my "significant" birthday. I wanted my grandchildren to love it as much as my sister and I did. They loved it - going back next year. Thank you Lorena.

Weekend away with our family and grandchildren.
The house was lovely with every facility you would need. Very comfortable with beautiful views from the lounge window and upstairs front bedrooms. The family enjoyed walking on the beach with the dogs. The only downside to this apartment is the parking. As obviously there are more people living in the area than there is space to park.

Perfect Beach House
Stayed in East Sands with a group of 8 golfers and it was a perfect location for our golf. Location is superb for all courses nearby. The house exceeded expectations and so did Leonard who was first class from start to finish. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area and couldn't recommend highly enough.
