Kittiwake offers three bedrooms (Queen, Twin and full-size bunks), two bathrooms (one with free-standing shower and bath and one with free-standing shower only), a large, airy lichen/dining/sitting area overlooking and leading out to the courtyard garden through two sets of French doors, and two bathrooms. The house is heated by gas central heating and offers complementary WiFi.

The house is located within 300m of Rick Stein's restaurant and the cafes and shops of Padstow, but is slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the centre. There is a loading bay opposite the house to allow easy and convenient unloading and loading of baggage and shopping during your holiday. The Padstow council carpark is located 50m from the property and the parking charges are refunded to you during your stay.

On our arrival we had milk, clotted cream scones and strawberry jam which we was very happy with. The cottage was lovely, clean and very well equipped, the only issue we had was the shower in the top bathroom not working. The owner was informed. About the neighbourhood
The camel-trail cycle ride, from Padstow to Wadebridge, is quite level, & very enjoyable for all ages. (it makes a nice walk also) !
There is a ferry from Padstow across to Rock that runs throughout the day.

May the 1st is the towns most exiting day of the year with the traditional ancient May Day event . The original red Oss and the blue peace Oss both out, and around the beautifully decorated town all day and well into the night.
The 'Merry makers' are usually out around the bars on the previous 2 or 3 weekends creating a party atmosphere, singing and dancing getting ready for May day itself.

Boxing Day is also a really fun day to be in Padstow, Darky Day as it is known, when locals are in a party mood with blackened faces celebrating a pagan midwinter festival, singing min...
