About the neighbourhood
A quiet area 10 mins walk from the centre of the historic village of Middleham, with it's ruined castle of Richard III fame.. There is private parking outside the house. The village has a small shop, 4 pubs/ restaurants, a take away and a tea shop offering plenty of choice
There are many attractions nearby for both the young and old--Aysgarth falls,The Forbidden Corner, and Brymoor Ice Cream farm to name but a few. The area is wonderful for those who enjoy walking and getting away from it all.

How to get there
Leaving the A1 from the south at Leeming take the long slip road signed A6055 at Junction 51.
At the 1st roundabout take the 2nd exit signed Leyburn A684. This is the new bypass around Bedale. Travel along the bypass and at the next roundabout turn right onto the A684 to Leyburn.
Travel along the A684 through Constable Burton and Harmby.
Just on the outskirts of Leyburn there is a petrol station on the left take the left turning immediately after this to Middleham. Go over the fancy bridge and then take the first right up St Akelda's Road.
Go through the one way section and ignore the first minor turning to the right, but take the second right turning opposite Middleham Rectory.
Turn left and then Honeykiln is at the top right.
