Holiday Rental House
Chapel Knap can accommodate up to 7 guests plus cot (available on request). There are three bedrooms on the first floor; one double (with king-sized bed), one twin room, and a family room with a king-sized double bed plus a single. There are two upstairs bathrooms; one with bath only and the other has a bath and shower. Downstairs there is a living room and kitchen/dining area in the lovely garden room . A small part of the downstairs of the house has been made into a one-bedroom apartment which is used by the owner, her number is in the welcome pack and she will be there to answer any questions you may have during your stay. The house sits within a large sub-tropical garden which is enclosed and private. Secure off-road parking for two cars is available within the grounds of the property, this is a short walk from the front door; approximately 30 metres along a graveled path. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 2). A supplementary fee of £10 will be added to your invoice. The kitchen is fitted with larder-syle fridge, under counter freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, and slimline dishwasher. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cookware, cutlery, crockery and glasses. A television with Sky TV is provided and wireless broadband is available at no extra cost. A cot and/or high chair is available; please request these items when booking so we can make sure they are present for your arrival. Chapel Knap is strictly non-smoking.More
