One of a trio of traditional farm cottages, standing on their own lane, surrounded by walks, wildlife & wonderful views over The Tweed Valley to The Cheviot Hills in Northumberland. The cottages are in a great position for exploring both sides of the border!

Stunning location on a wildlife friendly farm. Very comfortable beds, excellent location for touring the Scottish Borders & Northumberland. Lovely location in peaceful countryside, well-equipped and comfortable. We were welcomed to the house and the plate of rock cakes left for us didn't last long. We were very comfortable here.

The cottage is wonderful, clean and it have all facilities. TV, Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, wonderful beds with Laura Ashley style. The hosts Sue and Henry are polite and warm people with a almost endless knowledge about the area and the activities.

Glasgow airport about an hour and a half away by road.
Edinburgh airport - just over an hour.
The main east coast railway line is half an hour away at Berwick-upon-Tweed.
The new railway line from Tweedbank to Edinburgh is about 25 minutes away by car.
The ferry terminal at Newcastle is about an hour and a half away.
