Seagulls is a very popular holiday cottage which is highly regarded by our many returning guests. You will find furniture and equipment of a very high standard designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience making Seagulls a real home from home. You will enjoy high speed broadband ,a large satellite tv, a dvd player. You can relax on our reclining leather sofas.
We have provided everything we could think of to make your holiday a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Every thing is included, central heating, electricity, use of towels and bedding.
Seagulls is a great base from which to explore the fabulous scenery of the Northwest Highlands. The mountains and sea provide opportunities for hillwalking, nature watching, boat trips and fishing. At night Ullapool has many restaurants an...

A great accommodation

Well equipped house, quiet location, but close to Ullapool town center.
A very clean and well fitted out and well equipped small house. Town center, harbour, shops and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Located in quiet street. with off road parking.

Quiet comfortable self-catering accommodation
In a quiet part of the village away from the noise of the 'seafront', this is a homely place to stay with all mod cons. Obviously all the Ullapool and Coigach attractions are nearby.

Hidden gem
Home from home, extremely well equipped kitchen, utility area, comfortable lounge big TV, big comfortable bedrooms. Perfect base for exploring the highlands or staying in on a rainy day.

Perfect base to explore this beautiful area
Owners great to deal with. Accommodation was spotless. Bedrooms wel sized and very comfortable. Kitchen superbly equipped. We cooked most nights due to this and Tesco being in walking distance. Lounge and dining area lovely with plenty of space for 6 adults. Good info on how everything works and folders packed with things to do. Very quiet location but within easy walking distance of everything Ullapool has to offer e.g. restaurants, pubs, seafront, walks etc.. A fantastic base to explore stunning scenery. Recommend going to Lochinver for walks and the pie shop also botanical Gardens and beach at Gairloch are well worth the hr drive.

Brillant Cottage
A great well equipped cottage ideally located, five minutes walk, Ullapool harbour. We have stayed at Seagulls on three previous occasions and we are already planning for our next stay. With the current world situation, the owners have made Seagulls very covid safe.

Very comfortable home from home.
Like all the other reviewers we found this property to be very comfortable and well-equipped, in a quiet situation a couple of streets back from the busy harbour. Although there were only 3 of us there is clearly plenty of room for 6 people. Ullapool is an ideal location to explore the walks of Coigach and Assynt.

Highland heaven
Amazing stay at Seagulls in Ullapool, perfect home, perfect location. 2 mins walk to the harbour and all the amenities. Fab sunsets over Loch Broom.
Seagulls was a lot bigger than we thought it would be, spotlessly clean and well and equipped.Denis has info files in the hall which were brilliant, we found much more to do by reading them. Best rental yet,Denis very informative and helpful, great host, would highly recommend a stay here and if course the highlands were amazing

Fantastic Holiday Cottage
Spent a great week based in this quiet, comfortable and well-equipped house. With wifi and off-street parking it is handy for the everything in the town.
