Everybody within our party (13 of us age 72 - 11) have had a wonderful time celebrating our Mums 70th and mine and my husbands 40th's. Inside, the house has everything you need for a large family/ friends gathering. There were twelve adults and three children in our party and there was still plenty of room. We stayed at this location for a 40th birthday weekend with 6 adults, 4 children.(17,14,13&6) The property is fantastic and very comfortable with loads of space. The location is just amazing with awesome views. The property has absolutely everything you need with the town of Barmouth only a steady 20-30 min walk away. We would certainly return for another stay....
