For those cooler times of the year, there is central heating, a cozy log burner for those chilly evenings, double glazing and free WIFI throughout. The apartment is also pet & smoke-FREE, so great for guests with allergies. There is no designated parking but there are plenty of free parking spaces outside and a car park opposite, as well as the main town car park 500m away. Even in high season, there is usually no problem parking close by. A wood burning fire sits in a period fire surround enhanced with a slate hearth and chimney wall. Short breaks when available out of the main school holidays: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £250 applies to every booking and a £39 booking fee. Where a 1 week minimum applies, our changeover day is SATURDAY in the peak season. Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Strictly NO PETS sorry. We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property.

As well as a fantastic location with views of Barmouth’s award-winning sandy beach this lovely holiday home is only a two minute walk to Barmouth town centre with its shops, harbour and good pubs and eateries.
Getting around
Ocean View Apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you're into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close, whilst the Wales Coast Path passes the front door! For those seeking a little more challenge Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour.
