We have converted a lovely wooden barn on our farm in Mid Wales into 2 holiday lets, the Loft and the Granary. They both sleep up to 4 people (double with a 4ft bed & twin room with 2 single beds) with open plan kitchen/living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
We have a policy of no pets, but kennels and stabling could be provided on the farm.
We are situated in Builth Wells, approx 2 mins away from the Royal Welsh Showground. 15 mins from Rhayader and the Élan Valley. 20 mins from the home of books Hay on wye.

This is the cleanest cottage we have ever stayed in, with excellent hosts who really care about your comfort.
Sharon was waiting for us with the lights on as we have arrived quite late and even turned a kettle on just before our arrival, which has made us feel instantly at home.
Complimentary basket was also a very sweet gesture.
She also checked in on us each day, making sure we’ve had all we needed.
Shane was so friendly and easy to talk to, ready to give any advice you might need to explore the area.
Sharon’s dad was so kind and let us pet little lambs and showed us around the barn, which our boys absolutely loved.
The barn is set at the working farm in beautiful surroundings, with many local walks we have enjoyed without the need to drive.
Boys loved the local stream where they’ve had lots of fun.
Just a short drive away we have visited an amazing Radnor forest with beautiful waterfall( Water- break - its-neck) and Wye Valley with many walks it offers.
Thank you for an amazing Easter.

Excellent
What a gem. This was probably the best appointed - and spacious - accommodation I've ever had the pleasure to visit. Sharon made us feel very welcome and was very helpful in making our stay just perfect.
Each of the two parts of the converted barn had an open plan downstairs that could easily accommodate 8 people, and upstairs a double bedroom (though only a 4 foot double bed), a twin single bedroom with a full ensuite, and a duplicated bathroom. It was just my wife and I, so separate toilets in duplicate bathrooms turned out to be an extra benefit.
Opposite the front door there's two sets of benches and picnic tables, where I enjoyed a tasty meal between the showers!!
Definitely on my preferred list for future visits to mid-wales.

Great place to stay -
Comfortable well equipped barn conversion which is finished and maintained to a really high standard.
Close to the charming little town of Builth Wells with a selection of shops and a well stocked CO-OP.
Railway station on the Heart of Wales line is only a couple of hundred yards stroll away, allegedly one of the most scenic lines in the country but sadly services suspended while we were there.
Excellent base for exploring mid Wales which has some stunning scenery which we didn’t realise til we toured round.
Elan valley is well worth a visit only 20/30 min drive away.
Sharon and Shane are friendly and helpful hosts and available on the farm if there are any problems.
In summary great accommodation well positioned as a base for touring / walking or if the weather is unkind a great place to hunker down and stay indoors.
My friend the slightly scraggy chicken who looks for scraps from time to time,

Fantastic week staying at the Granary. The accommodation was exactly as described and shown in the photos, perfect. Very clean and a lovely welcome basket of goodies on arrival. Lots of beautiful walks all within a reasonable distance. Sharon and Shane were very friendly and helpful hosts. Just the peaceful break that I needed.

We loved our stay at Court Farm! Spotless accommodation with all you could need.lovely location in a peaceful place and easy to access many parts of Wales. We were well looked after by the friendly family & goat! The double bed was a bit small but the view from the window is great.love to come back again.

Wonderful extended weekend trip!
Following a short tour of Google, looking for somewhere to stay around the August Bank holiday weekend in Wales, this place came up. We had a look round the website and set up an enquiry about availability. Not long for a reply and we booked a four night stay. Fast forward to the last day and we have had a lovely time - lovely accommodation with very hospitable hosts in a gorgeous farm setting (with the odd animal!). Already looking forward to a second visit in 2021!

Excellent accommodation on a working farm
Modern family friendly accommodation on a working farm, we were made to feel like part of the family especially by Lauren and Chloe who showed our children around and let them feed the animals which made their holiday. Fabulous location for exploring the Brecon Beacons and close to Elan Valley for child friendly bike rides on well made level tracks and walks by the reservoirs. Hope to return soon!

Excellent
We stayed in the Loft and found everything exactly as described. The owners were very friendly and full of local knowledge. The welcome pack was a nice surprise which we weren't expecting. Excellent accommodation all spotlessly clean and good quality pots and pans. There are a couple of walks around the farm one of which takes you down to the river Wye, perfect for skimming stones.

Amazing stay
We have just arrived home from our new year stay at the courts, and what an amazing stay it was. We booked very last minute (the night before) and was shocked to be able to stay with such short notice. We stayed in the loft and it was amazing, so clean with a lovely homely feel, a basket of essentials left for us and the the farm itself was so tidy. Sharon was so friendly and was on hand if we needed anything. Thank you for a lovely stay couldn’t recommend enough, we look forward to coming back again soon!

The perfect vacation rental
We stayed at The Loft at Court Farm and it exceeded our expectations. Centrally located, the two-bedroom, two-bath apartment was beautifully finished with comfortable furnishings, plenty of parking, and beautiful grounds. The owners are gracious and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.
