Located in the prestigious Pinnacle Point Golf and Beach Estate (voted the #1 Golf Course in South Africa, 2016), Serenity Villa is a stately and modern home, facing hole #2.
The house is surrounded by the endemic local coastal flora of the Western Cape (called Fynbos).
The home is as an entertainers dream, with a stoop outfitted with a built in gas grill and a small Weber. Upstairs, there is an equally spacious stoop offering commanding views of practically the entire Estate.
The Dining room (ocean and fynbos views) seats 10 people, and there are an additional six stools on the kitchen bar.
The private swimming pool enjoys a wind protected setting. It is also North facing, so most of the delicious sunlight covers this area for many hours.

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to drive golf carts without adult supervision.
For stays longer than 7 days, there is a mandatory house cleaning, and linen change every 5 days. The cleaning cost is included in your rental agreement. However, should you, require more frequent cleanings, it can
be arranged at a cost of Rand 350 per cleaning paid to the professional cleaning company we already use.
Golfcart is given in proper working condition. Guest agrees to pay for damages.

Inside the Estate:
Rentals greater than 7 days may use the golf cart at the house, at no charge, or use the Estate shuttle to get around.
A Car is needed to travel from the Estate into town. Although, there is a Mossel Bay taxi service available, just a phone call away.

How to get there
By Plane:
Arrive at George Airport. Please let us know if you require airport pick-up from the Estate, Pinnacle Point. There is a fee, and is on your account.
Alternatively, all major car rental companies are found in the George airport. It is an easy 50 kms drive from the airport to the house, via the N2, exit Garden Route Casino. Car hire is highly recommended if you wish to go sightseeing and visit the many attractions nearby.
By Car: 400 kms from Cape Town on the N2.
