The space
The luxury villa has a net living area of 320 sqm, which are distributed over 2 levels.
It is located in front line to the sea with private sea access and impresses with its breath-taking views of the sea and sunsets. The luxury property combines traditional architecture, a very modern interior design, absolute privacy and perfect sun orientation. A wonderful sun deck, surrounds the swimming pool, which invites to sunbathe.

Absolutely made the right choice with this beautiful beach house!
It was everything we hoped it would be and more! Just returned from a week there and we feel like it was the best stay ever and we are already planning our next visit there. The location itself is excellent and is right on Kite Beach where you can watch or participate in many water sports and activities yet the property itself is very secure and private. There is a single locking gate that allows access to the beach where that beautiful blue water is less than 60 feet away. There are several kite surfing schools within a few minutes walk on the beach as well as a few beachside bars and restaurants. Upon arrival, we were met by Super Host, Alex, who showed us around and introduced us to Jenny, who lives in separate quarters at the front entrance to the property. Jenny is a ray of sunshine herself and is available for cooking, housekeeping and massages with proper notice. There is also a taxi driver, Joel, who is available for airport transfers and other excursions with notice.
The house is definitely a modern structure and it was spotless. The bottom floor is a huge open area where you can retract the floor to ceiling accordion glass doors and open up 3 sides of the house and get that tropical breeze flowing through. Beautiful and well maintained pool. This place has everything you need for a family or for friends getting together. I know it can be risky and sometimes a real letdown when you rent something that you can only view online but I promise you that you will love this place. It is more beautiful in person and the pictures do not do it justice. If you are wanting a nice relaxing place with all of the amenities and privacy and with the convenience of close by activities and socializing, do yourself a favor and contact Alex to book some time here. You will be happy that you read this and picked the Kite Beach House.
