Completely private country area only 5 minutes by car from the picturesque village of Plockton and 10 minutes from the bridge to the Isle of Skye. Owners are personally interested in your comfort and are readily available to assist with any problems you may have.
Do come to the main house and view our collections of 6 restored vintage tractors.
One of the large double rooms has twin beds with a view over the sea to the Isle of Skye. Loads of information is provided regarding walks from the cottage by lochs and hills and maps and routes for touring the north west highlands and the Isle of Skye.
The peace and quiet ensures a good night's sleep with fresh country area around.

We will watch for your arrival, show you through the cottage and hand over the keys then. Wi fi may be used at the main B&B house Creag Liath for short periods to check Emails etc..

Plockton area and the Isle of Skye consist of many crofting communities and crofting is still part of the way of life and highland cattle may be seen in the common grazing in some of the villages. There is a thriving prawn fishing industry and locally caught seafood may be purchased. There is kayaking, sailing and boat hire in Plockton bay and also a yearly regatta. Trains run daily between Kyle of Lochalsh and Inverness on the famous Kyle Line and provide an excellent day trip.There is a bowling green in Plockton and golfing available in both the Isle of Skye and Loch Carron.
