Customer Service= profit over people
I travel to Jamaica often and really looked forward to bringing my family here, however, that day will never happen as a result of their unreasonable policy that "no changes can be made 48 hours after booking"....regardless if your stay is 6 months or 5 days away.
When we booked the reservation, COVID numbers were declining but they peaked a month before our vacation. Pfizer had just cleared the vaccination for children, but not in enough time for my son to be vaccinated prior to traveling. Due to the peak in cases, the CDC advised against international travel for unvaccinated persons especially if they have vulnerable health conditions. Considering my son has severe asthma we took this recommendation seriously and requested to alter our travel dates until after he could be vaccinated...which we didn't think would be an issue because #1 the reservation was 3 weeks away (more than enough time to offer the booking to another party) and #2 we weren't seeking a refund....we just wanted to move the dates until he could be vaccinated. Sadly, they declined the request despite the situation. I have heard from fellow friends and family in the area that this is typical for this company and that customer service is sub-par. Their properties appear nice, but as a word of caution, I would wait until you are closer to your travel dates because if something out of your control happens you will be at a loss financially due to their very restrictive policy.

Your stay with us includes membership to the Rose Hall Beach Club located 4 minutes away next to the newly opened Jewel Grande Resort. The gorgeous white sand beach is flanked by facilities which include a bar and restaurant, swimming pool, picnic area, change rooms and free WiFi.
Nianna Coral Bay is located in the Rose Hall area in close proximity to the ocean with the world famous Scotchies and other Jamaican restaurants, a gift shop, convenience and liquor store all within walking distance.
Night Life:Margaritaville/Pier One offer free shuttles on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Contact Frank Mair for further details. (These nights can be varied at short notice).
There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Sea Grape Terrace and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margaritaville, Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners. If you fancy a round of golf the property lies minutes away from 3 internationally rated courses - The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill.
