The property is located on a quiet, private lane, high in the hills off of Mulholland Drive in the Beverly Hills Post Office Area. It’s at the center of everything in LA, from Beverly Hills to Hollywood to Downtown LA to the beach to the valley. There are only 6 neighbors who live on the lane, who have all lived there for decades. Two of them are well known rock stars, and one of the most famous and successful directors in Hollywood lives next door.
