THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX CONSISTING OF 2 ATTACHED BUT SEPARATE UNITS WHICH TOGETHER CAN COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATE UP TO 16 GUESTS ALL IN REGULAR BEDS (small additional fee above 13 people). Overall, we had a great experience. You get a lot for your money. It's great for two families. The place doesn't seem to be getting any real maintenance. Just a light cleaning. The $175 cleaning fee seems steep as well. The carpet in the front unit was terribly dirty and gross. Huge black stains, from what looked like years of...

Had an awesome experience with this rental. Beautiful duplex in a perfect location that is about 5 minutes from stores, restaurants and entertainment. This place can comfortably hold so many people. My group consisted of 13 individuals and everyone had a bed to sleep in comfortably. There were still beds to spare, too. The duplex is divided into 2 units...

At the time the posting of this place declared there were 4 beds in 3 rooms. When you looked at the pictures there was no sign of a microwave. Turns out the 3 bedrooms have a total of 5 beds. To add to that, the manager built a loft which had an additional tv and 3 more beds up there....

This traveler rented only one of the 2 units of this duplex house. Although I appreciate the positive comments, which are accurate descriptions of Unit B, I wanted to point out that the entire house has 6 bedrooms not counting the loft area that he has described above. The units together can accommodate large parties of up to 16 guests. There is a per person fee for parties with more than 13 guests. The per person price covers the use of an additional idea for larger parties. Smaller parties can also choose to pay and get the extra space for additional comfort.
