Our 1936 triplex is in a fantastic area just south of Hollywood & West Hollywood. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment features 1600 square feet of family friendly luxury on the ground floor or our small building and a small outdoor front yard! We cater to families and hope to welcome you to our home for your LA Vacation. We are a 100% non-smoking property inside and out (including yards). If anyone in your group smokes, we are not the right property for you. We require bookings of 5 nights or longer. We will allow shorter stays but short stay charges will apply. We appreciate your understanding. Indoor Living Areas- Large Living room with decorative fireplace, 50' TV with basic cable & Netflix Dining room seats 6-8 Office area with desk and printer Renovated kitchen with quartz countertops, all new appliances (range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), coffeemaker, toaster, pots & pans and service for 8 Laundry room with stacked full size washer/ dryer Beds & Baths - (all bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, all with 'smart' TV features, some with basic cable) Large bath features double sinks, separate tub and large shower Small bath features single sink & shower. I wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights at this beautiful and comfortable condo. I loved the location...I highly recommend the donut shop across the street on 3rd. Best eclairs ever! The bagel shop at the corner of Poinsettia and Beverly had delicious...More

About the neighbourhood
We are in a Historically Preserved neighborhood that is in a very 'walkable' part of LA with great shopping, restaurants, parks & The Grove shopping center just minutes away on foot! We are centrally located between the San Fernando Valley and the Beach. Only 6 miles from the Film Studios in Burbank (Warner Brothers & Universal) and 10 miles to the beach and the airport in the other direction. We are right around the corner from Paramount Studios as well as CBS Studios and the heart of Hollywood (Hollywood & Highland) just 2 miles north. Nearby sights include Hollywood's Walk of Fame, Grauman's Chinese, The Dolby Theatre (home of the Oscar's), The Wax Museum and Ripley's Believe it or Not, Staples Center, Dodger's stadium, the Sunset Strip,
Getting around
Our area is very walkable for shopping and eating. Los Angeles in general, however, does require a car (or a lot of Lyft or Ubers) to really see everything as the city is quite spread out.
