Very centrally located in Westwood / prime Westside area of Los Angeles, and is just 1 mile to UCLA, minutes to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Century City, Santa Monica beaches, Venice, and 15 min to LA airport and downtown LA. Downstairs has an 18 foot (9 meters) high ceiling, lots of seating, a couch that converts into a bed, a desk, a small kitchen, a bar area and dining area , wireless internet, cable, 2.1 audio connectivity both upstairs and downstairs, 2 x 32 inch LCD LED TV's with computer and HDMI inputs, for both upstairs bedroom and downstairs living area. We are 12 steps away from UCLA shuttle bus, which will take you there in 5 min, or take a healthy 20 min walk to get to UCLA. The bedroom loft, upstairs, has doors that open to a private rooftop deck. The unit is equipped with central air conditioning and heating system. You will have one free indoor parking with remote gated entry. Dozens of good quality American and ethnic restaurants and a fully supplied grocery store in the immediate area, literally steps away from our building. You will not run out of choices to eat, during your stay. This is a smoke free building, please help us keep it that way. Unit 322 is on the 3rd floor. Once you get out of the elevator, make a right, then make a left. This will take you to the courtyard. Once you are in the Couryard, turn right and the unit is in front of you, 40 feet away. All entries open with digital codes. The codes and full instructions to check yourself in will be emailed to you, one day before your arrival, for security purposes. Trash shoots are at the NE corner of the courtyard. Laundry room is at the subterranean garage level, next to the elevator entry. There is a good food family restaurant at the 1st floor of our building, along with a small mini market and a cleaner agency. You can use the cleaner to do your laundry for you, for a fee, if you do not care to use our self help washer dryer machines. Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period. Towels and sheets are provided, however, you would have to wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer at the sub level parking structure. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a $95 per service charge. Non emergency repairs during off hours will be done on the business day, thereafter. No pets/smoking/parties please.More

Centrally located in the best and safest area of Westside Los Angeles, near shopping, restaurants, beaches, UCLA, Century City and Hollywood) There are more than a dozen American and ethnic restaurants, in the immediate neighborhood. Each unique in the quality and type food they serve. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat. Well supplied local grocery store within 50 feet of our front gate. Entertainment, movie theaters, shopping and food, Century City Westfield Shopping Mall, and Westside Pavilion, less than a mile away.
Getting around
Bus stop to UCLA 50 ft from the building. 5 min bus ride, or 20 min walk. UCLA within 1mile distance (20 min walk). Major public transportation lines, local, and express bus lines within 200 feet of the property. You can be anywhere, within a radius of 15 miles, in less than half an hour using these bus lines.
