We want your stay to be as pleasurable and relaxing as possible so you can enjoy the best of both worlds - yours and ours! -15 min to Downtown Hollywood Sunset -2 min drive to UCLA, Century City, and the beaches -5 Min. drive to West Hollywood, Rodeo Drove / Beverly Hills - 15 Min. drive from LAX / 15 Min. from Burbank (BUR) airport Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period. Hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster in all units. Towels and sheets are provided, however, you would have to wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer at the sub level parking structure. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a $95 per service charge. If dates are not available for this apartment please contact us about our other apartments availability. UCLA, Dozens of Restaurants, fully supplied grocery store, public transportation, shops, theaters, Century City, West Hollywood, Santa Monica Beaches, hospitals. Restaurants at immediate surrounding, bus stops in front of building. Walk to UCLA, or take UCLA shuttle (20 feet away) and be there in 5 minutes. Major public transportation routs 300 feet away, will take you anywhere in LA on Metro Rapid lines. Non emergency repairs during off hours will be done on the business day, thereafter. Centrally located in the best and safest area of Westside Los Angeles, near shopping, restaurants, beaches, UCLA, Century City and Hollywood) There are more than a dozen American and ethnic restaurants, in the immediate neighborhood. Each unique in the quality and type food they serve. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat. Well supplied local grocery store within 50 feet of our front gate. Entertainment, movie theaters, shopping and food, Century City Westfield Shopping Mall, and Westside Pavilion, less than a mile away.
